Umpqua Bank review: Umpqua mtg loan # [protected]

I have been having some financial issues throught the pandemic. Money was tight already. Then the interest rates went up 10 times on credit cards adding to the already high inflation. Then I got covid, followed by long covid. I lost the part time job gig that I had. 3 months later I finally just started driving for Lyft. When you have as many disabilities as I do its hard to find a job to match. I once again have ins paid in full for 1 yr starting June 23, 2023.

You have an escrow account that is due to start Aug 1, 2023. I ask that you cancel this escrow account on account of undue burdon. I am getting caught up on all back bills. In fact I think I might be 100% caught up. The loan guy I talked to told me I needed to send a request to MortgageLoanServicingUmpquaBank.com. But this did not work. So I am writing to you hear to ask you to Undo the upcoming Escrow Account. Geico Ins. says there is not way to pay for the few months that I missed on Mtg Ins.
