I would like to make a formal anonymous complaint. I'm a regular customer at the Bellingham Umpqua bank. This pertains to unprofessional service. Starting with the Branch Manger William. He seems to have a personal flirtation relationship with his Relationship Banker. Last time I was in there (5/1/2023) there a lot of was flirtation game play and comments made back and forth to each other. This game play has presidents over customer service. Seeing this makes it very uncomfortable to handle business.
