Ulta Beauty review: Workers choice of earrings with political message

There was a worker (female) while working at the store wearing earrings that say “GENDER IS A CONSTRUCT”. Do you think as a customer I want to see that when I go up and ask her about something traveling something in the store? Why is she allowed to wear those? Do you think I want her trying to send me a message while I’m trying to shop? It’s totally inappropriate and she should have not been allowed to wear those WHILE WORKING! Stop with the messages and have expectation’s from workers!
