I am a customer and was shopping in Ulta the Bridgewater falls location located on Princeton Road in ohio on Sunday December 11,2022 at 1:05 pm. And there was a manager named Megan who was in the store yelling at another young girl employee who’s name tag said Tayler on it. The poor little girl was very upset and the Megan lady who is supposedly a manager was very unprofessional. You never speak to employees in a crowded store like she did, you always take them to a back room or in private to speak with them. And it was over the little girl not getting peoples email at the checkout she said some awful things. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere because of this Megan lady and corporate definitely needs to address this.

On Jan. 15, 2020 I went into the St. Clairsville, Ohio store in the Mall. If you check my records I am a very good customer. I saw there were two girls working, then one went to the salon to discuss boy friend talk could hear them. Went to the other girl stocking some products on shelf, I excused my self and asked her about a new product, she stopped looked up at me and asked well what do you want to know? I said ok well there is more things I would like to ask you about she said ok she went back to placing items on a bottom shelf and I walked away. I was so angry because we in Wintersville, Ohio have to travel 45-1 hr away I stop at several in my journey when we are out, not to offend. Or I have to go on line and I don't get the one on one. I have been a customer for so long that I am seriously rethinking where else I will go. I know everyone has an off day but this I won't forget and I don't want to take it out on any of the other ULTA I have gone to because of this treatment.
