Ulta Beauty review: Botched haircut and unsanitary work conditions in the salon

Botched haircut - not even cut , not layered is one thing. Unsanitary salon is a biohazard. Stylist with long, v-shape nails. She scratched my head with them when she washed my hair. Strands of hair loose on countertops. Stylist failed to clean me of hair clippings so I left store I was not aware my own hair was all over my clothes until I saw them falling down from my clothes. This location is a health hazard. You have been warned.
