I would like to report an employer name Arlette marie Carmona, she is very rude and has a serious attitude problem, she does not know how to talk to customers the proper way. She walk off to go talk to her coworkers she does not like assisting customers she ignores you when you ask her a question and she always on her phone, I have been shoping at ulta for a few years now and i have never met any one that was so nasty and rude in my life. I will never go shoping at that ulta in oldsmar florida again because of her. She need to be replace and fired asap
she has been alot nicer and more respectful i had long one on one talk with her when i went in and she apologise to me in the most respectfulway.
