TZ Insurance Solutions review: Little insurance knowledge on Nevada law

Good grief, do customers have to do everything with this company? I thought I was signing up directly with Mutual of Omaha. Turns out, MoO sends everyone to Bozo agents. The agent I had was Sheri Myrick - in Florida! I specifically asked her if she KNOWS Nevada insurance laws and she said she did. That was a lie. Sheri made so many errors on my application that I had to report her to the Nevada Division of Insurance for the incompetence. Now I'm left trying to sort her mess with MoO, and because time is of the essence due to a Nevada law that applies to me, I'm having a heck of a time getting things sorted with MoO. With the healthcare industry as messed up and complicated as it is, it doesn't help that Bozo insurance agents make matters worse.
