But by the 9th, I was getting antsy and sent in a message asking where my order was. They told me it was still processing, so I waited a bit longer.
But by the 11th, I saw that my order still hadn't left and I knew it wouldn't arrive in time for Valentine's Day. So, I sent in another message cancelling my order. And you know what? It wasn't until the 12th that they finally shipped out my order. No apology, no explanation, nothing.
