Two Men And A Truck International review: Transportation and handling of my personal items

On Aug 15th I hired the company to move my personal items to a storage unit. The Team did not come prepared with the items I had requested; king size bag for my bed. I have a Tempurpedic bed with has specific handling and storage requirements. Subsequently the movers stated they did not have the bag I requested and was charged for. The proceeded to wrap the $5, 000 mattress in plastic wrap. When it came to storing the bed at the storage unit the did not listen to my instructions that the bed was to lie flat, hence the purpose for securing a larger storage unit. The mattress was stored as such until Sep 1 when I moved to my new home. At this time I was able to assess the damage to my mattress and other items. I have attached photos. As you can see the integrity of the mattress is compromised. Warped and damaged. Per the Tempurpedic Representative my bed is ruined, a total loss. On Sep 2 a Two Men Rep can to assess the damage and has yet to be heard from. I am seeking a replacement mattress.
