Two Men And A Truck International review: Moving

Two Men and A Truck moved me from old apartment to new apartment community in Feb 2021. I was very dissatisfied with the movers. My complaints are as follows…
1. Mover had to be reminded to wear mask as requested when booking move.
2. Upon leaving my old apartment to drive up the street to my new apartment, the drivers called me to say they were stopping to get something to drink, then he said they will get a sandwich. They didn't say where but they were gone for 30 minutes. I reported matter to the company.
3. One of the drivers dropped some of my belongings into the wrong apartment. No excuse, they had my new address/apartment number listed on their papers.
4. They broke one of my China plates. The driver called his office to report broken plate but I've never received a callback from the company.

The drivers were unprofessional, and overall, the move was stressful and disappointing. I would not recommend using this company!
