I recently purchased a turnkey website from TurnKeyParlor and was a bit disappointed when I received it. The plug pattern was different than what was listed in the specifications, which caused some issues with the electrical costs. However, Jeanne from TurnKeyParlor was quick to respond and offered to issue a shipping credit to make up for the error.
I was a bit confused when I received the shipping credit, as it was applied to my PayPal account instead of my American Express card, which was originally billed for the shipping. I reached out to Jeanne to clarify the situation and am still waiting for the credit to come through on my AMEX card.

Ropak System Review: Great Product, But Frame Design Needs Improvement
I got the Ropak system from TurnKeyParlor for my two masterbilt DD-66 LCG display ice cream freezers. But when I got the frame, it was all wrong and couldn't work. I was so disappointed because I had ordered these items to be shipped overseas and returning them was not an option. I had to hire a local team to redesign the frame so that it could work properly. It was a hassle and I had to pay extra for the proper frame to be built locally.
Despite the trouble, I still like the Ropak system. It's a great product, but the frame design needs to be checked properly before shipping. I hope TurnKeyParlor can do something about this issue so that other customers won't have to go through the same trouble as I did.
