I gotta say, I had a pretty great experience with Turnkey Parlor. I talked to Tish and let me tell you, she was just fantastic! She was super quick to respond to me, whether it was through email, phone, or even text! I mean, who does that these days? It was so nice to have someone who was so on top of things.

Now, I did have a bit of a hiccup with my push cart when it was being delivered. It got rejected for some reason, and I was pretty worried about what was going to happen next. But I called up Tish right away, and she picked up on the first ring! She was so helpful and understanding, and she really fought for me to get my push cart delivered on time.

It turns out that the delivery guys had already left the area, but Tish didn't give up. She kept pushing and pushing, and eventually she was able to get them to turn back around and re-deliver my push cart. And let me tell you, that was no small feat! They had already been gone for over 40 minutes!

But Tish knew how important it was for me to get my push cart on time, and she really went above and beyond to make sure that happened. I can't thank her enough for the amazing customer service she provided me.

TurnkeyParlor was pretty good, but I gotta say, I was a little nervous about having to pay upfront before my shipment arrived. But hey, it all worked out in the end. I got myself a Nelson BDC8 cart and it's been holding up pretty well. It seems like it was made with some good design and it can keep my frozen goods cold for over 12 hours even when it's not plugged in.

Now, I will say that there were some minor issues with the workmanship. I had to fix a few things myself, like the grill being misaligned and some stripped tapped holes. I reached out to Nelson Mfg about it and they were pretty embarrassed that they shipped out a cart with those issues. But hey, I was able to re-center and re-tap those holes myself, so it wasn't a huge deal.

Overall, I'd say that I'd use TurnkeyParlor again in the future. And if I ever need another cart, I'd probably go with a Nelson again since it's pretty tough and reliable.

I gotta say, TurnKeyParlor is the real deal. I've bought stuff from them before and it's always been good, but this last time was a real doozy. I recently purchased a turnkey website from TurnKeyParlor and was a bit disappointed when I received it. The plug pattern was different than what was listed in the specifications, which caused some issues with the electrical costs. However, Jeanne from TurnKeyParlor was quick to respond and offered to issue a shipping credit to make up for the error.

I was a bit confused when I received the shipping credit, as it was applied to my PayPal account instead of my American Express card, which was originally billed for the shipping. I reached out to Jeanne to clarify the situation and am still waiting for the credit to come through on my AMEX card.

However, the confusion with the credit being applied to my PayPal account instead of my AMEX card was a bit frustrating. I got the Ropak system from TurnKeyParlor for my two masterbilt DD-66 LCG display ice cream freezers. But when I got the frame, it was all wrong and couldn't work. I was so disappointed because I had ordered these items to be shipped overseas and returning them was not an option. I had to hire a local team to redesign the frame so that it could work properly. It was a hassle and I had to pay extra for the proper frame to be built locally.

Despite the trouble, I still like the Ropak system. It's a great product, but the frame design needs to be checked properly before shipping. I hope TurnKeyParlor can do something about this issue so that other customers won't have to go through the same trouble as I did.

If you're planning to buy the Ropak system for your masterbilt lcg cabinets, make sure to check the design specs first. It's better to be safe than sorry.
