Just wanted to let y'all know, Turner Acceptance Corp. ain't the most fair when it comes to payin' off your debts. They gonna make you cough up an extra 500 bucks on top of what you borrowed, just to make them payments! It's a real shame, and I hope someone takes a good look at 'em and puts a stop to this thievin' from us customers.

I called Turner Financial after my father passed away and he had an auto loan. I asked about paying off the loan and getting information about the title. They told me what to do so that the vehicle wouldn't be repossessed. I made a payment over the phone to pay off the remaining balance. However, when the title of the truck arrived in the mail 2 MONTHS LATER, I discovered that there was a SECOND LIEN HOLDER listed on the title! Turner Financial never mentioned this during any of our conversations. I tried to do the right thing, but in the end, I got completely screwed over. I am extremely disgusted with the whole situation.

This is the second time I've had a less than satisfactory customer experience with Turner Acceptance Corp. My policy is supposed to be renewed every six months, but the company didn't do it. As a result, I had to pay out of pocket for a tow to cover damages and roadside assistance. I spend almost a lot of money per month for my car note and insurance, and I always pay early. It's really sad. I've been on the phone talking to different departments, but all I get is the run around. Finally, after paying a lot for a tow, I received an email approving a refund to cover the tow. Why is it so hard to get good customer service? My car was damaged while it was parked, and I was treated as if I damaged it myself or hadn't been paying my bills. I bet if I were late with my car note, they wouldn't hesitate to call or even come get my car. But when it comes to getting a repair, I have to pull teeth. Why?

So, I gotta tell ya, I had a real bad experience with Turner Acceptance Corp. They tried to pull a fast one on me with a phony garnishment claim using my name. Can you believe that? I mean, talk about shady business practices!

I was just minding my own business, trying to run my company smoothly, when out of nowhere, I get hit with this bogus claim. They were trying to take money from me, all based on some made-up story. It's like they thought I wouldn't notice or something.

Now, I ain't no legal expert, but I know when something smells fishy. I did my own investigation and found out that Turner Acceptance Corp has a reputation for this kind of stuff. They go after innocent companies, like mine, and try to squeeze every penny they can.

I gotta say, it's pretty disappointing. I thought I could trust these guys, but turns out they're just out to make a quick buck. It's a real shame, 'cause I've heard good things about them before. But now, I wouldn't touch 'em with a ten-foot pole.

So, if you're thinking about doing business with Turner Acceptance Corp, I'd say think twice. They might seem legit on the surface, but don't be fooled. They'll try to pull a fast one on ya, just like they did to me. Save yourself the headache and find a company that actually plays by the rules.

Trying to settle debt, it keeps rising. I'm never informed of the random raises. Attempting to pay up to 35-38%, that's all I can offer of the $1418, which should be the current debt. These random increase amounts are making it difficult.

This company charges way too much for their loans, and they make you keep adding extra charges to your payments, making the loan longer. They keep adding on things and have outrageous charges. I want someone to look at my loan and help me out.

I bought a 2014 *** Altima 8 months ago. I'm payin' $800 a month, which is way too much for a car that's only worth *** at the dealership. 'Cause of Covid, they're sayin' they can't help me refinance or lower my payments. I need some help gettin' outta this contract 'cause I feel like I'm bein' scammed outta my hard-earned money.

My son *** Daily died April 9, 2022. Since May 5, 2022, I've been tryin' to sort things out with Turner Acceptance Company, who financed the car. I've been tryin' to get 'em to either come and get the car or, if they've written off the debt, send me the title. The car's just sittin' there with no insurance. But Turner Acceptance Company ain't doin' nothin' about it.

This company is full of liars that are tryin' to scam me outta a car. The dealer and them are usin' tactics to mess up my credit and steal money from me. This bank is useless, all they care 'bout is collectin' money. I stopped makin' payments 'cause the dealer went inside the car and stole all my stuff when it was in there for repair. Now they're tryin' to say I gotta surrender the car, even though they already have it. They need to cancel and void the contract 'cause they're in the wrong. Just like the dealer, payments didn't stop until it felt like I was bein' played. It's only been 3 months with this car.

I bought a car in Feb 2022 and started making monthly payments to Turner Financial in March 2022. But in June, they called and said I was behind on my account. When I checked my online account, all my payment history was gone. I called Turner Acceptance and they said my account was mistakenly refinanced. I talked to *** in July and she said she would fix everything, but she needed proof of my payment history. I sent it to her the same day we talked, but she never called me back with a solution or update. Every time I called her, she was either on a call or away from her desk. I left more than 5 messages asking for a call back, explaining how urgent this matter is, but no one has called me back. This has affected my credit and I can't make a payment online because my account is suspended. I tried talking to a manager (*** or ***), but they were always on lunch and never called me back. I really need this issue resolved because I'm constantly harassed with overdue texts and phone calls. I hope you can help me. Thank you.

I got a problem with *** and Turner acceptance ***. I don't owe no Turner acceptance and if I had a court order they shoulda contacted me. I didn't authorize nobody or sign agreement for nobody to take nothin' outta my account. They let Turner acceptance or some company ta withdrawal 6. 241. 52 outta my account twice. I went into the bank to get the charges reverse and closed my account and they told me they couldn't since they already paid these people. This gotta be an inside job. Usually when you ain't got enough money in your account to pay people, they reject the payment and you owe an overdraft fee. How in Gods name they gonna let payments over *** be paid when I only got ten dollars or less in my account? *** Account, please show me on paper where I authorize these people to take any money from my Huntington account. Plus, I was opt out so nobody could take from checking or debit card. This is an inside job, Account ***. Somebody workin' at this bank knows the people who pushed this through. Please investigate.
