I have been requesting a laundry pickup from my home for the past three days, but no one has come to collect it yet. Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved.

I am quite surprised by this kind of service from your company, especially considering that I recently purchased your ₹5000 scheme. Being a reputed company, I expected a much better service experience. However, this delay is quite disappointing and inconvenient.

Please address this issue immediately
