The website clearly states a money back promise if the listing isn’t responded to within 14 of posting. I have searched high and low trying to request my refund but i can’t get in touch with an actual person. I have called the one phone number i could find only to hear a recording “this number is no longer supported” and directed me to the company website which has ZERO contact information listed.

Claimed loss: $230

Desired outcome: refund of my membership fee as promised
