Trusted House Sitters review: Rising costs for poor service

During my time with TrustedHousesitters.com several hundred pounds worth of damage has been caused to my house by sitters. I've had to replace the front door lock and repaint a ceiling, Trusted House Sitters refused to cover this despite having receipts, conversations with sitters and photographic evidence. You pay £119 just for membership - which includes damage protection - and now £9 for each sit. The team claim its for 'support' but cannot clarify what this means. The service has remained poor but now you get to pay more for the privilege.
