TruGreen review: Lawn service doesn't kill weeds & their customer service is joke

Starting in July through October of this year, I have called & spoken to various customer service reps to name a few: I spoke to a Michelle on 8-12-20 in Crestwood, IL supposedly the manager or Terrance on 10-30-20 in Lancaster, PA (Case # 72956). Every one of them said that they would follow up with me and send someone out to walk the property with me to figure out why I'm still getting weeds plus they would refund a portion of my bill, of which, neither happened. I have made at least 6 phone calls to their customer service dept., and began to document the names only after frustration of zero follow up.
Note: I also gave them 2 homes to service and both have the same problem, weeds still growing especially along the edges of walks, drives & neighboring properties!
My final call was to cancel their service and again I was told I would get a partial refund for each property and still as of this date, nothing. I also had asked that the technician to call me before he/she visits my property, but never received a call. However, he (Joshua P) did come out & spray again, but only a limited area and not the area with the weeds! In fact, when Joshua P visited our property for our regular service (Which by the way is so poorly executed by getting a recorded message the day before that someone is coming out), so I would call them back and again ask that they call when they're arriving so I could be home. No returned phone call. Plus he sprayed the lawn and even noted how brown the grass was at that time, which has now caused bare spots all over my lawn.
