Truehold review: Hazel valley does bad business writes bad checks.

Whatever good Truehold does in handling the purchase, if you plan on staying in the home, HAZEL VALLEY is the worst property management company EVER. As I’m leaving g the house, they send me a check for my security deposit, minus some cleaning g, 35 percent. Ok, I was still due several months rent that I did not use that was to come back to me. When they sent the security deposit check, the letter stated, all remaining ac outta are closed. I was paid up.Once they saw I had another amount to pull from, they took another 35 percent. MY ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED, as you stated it! Then they send me a disputed amount by check. The check was bad! Then I wait another four weeks. You must go legal with these people. Find out the name of the property management company before you work with Truehold. Hazel is the WORST.
