Trojan  -  Chain reaction lubricant

I bought this with a pack of condoms and when my boyfriend and I went to use it it was burning to the point where it became unbearable. The heat just kept getting worse and worse and would not stop. After a shower it still burns and feels uncomfortable and I got hives from it on my hands because of applying it. After 30 mins it still burns. I can't find anywhere to complain about this apart from here or sending a letter
