I normally use Tru Metrix meter and test strips, while searching to find the best affordable companies with the affordable prices for test strips I decided to look into Trividia Health, there prices were not the cheapest and came across the Side Kick All In One, I said to myself how much more convenient can this be. Never seen anything like it before and decided to order one to try out.

Called to place my order, was only told the expiration date is November 2023, I was fine with that knowing they would be used up by then. Paid $16.42 with credit card and done. I can know understand why this company offers free shipping, cause there products are nothing but garbage. Received order 08/12/23, began using product that late evening, did everything correctly and followed step by step, if you’ve been type 1 diabetic for decades it don’t take a scientist to know the ropes to any devices. Did the sample test, was in range but a very high level, I began my finger sticks, lord behold the reading was 362, I rechecked on my Tru Metrix meter, it was 189…that’s off and very much inaccurate. I waited a while and continued testing myself with this Side Kick for three days and continued getting nothing but inaccuracies. None were just a few numbers off, they all were off over 60-100. I filled out the online customer complaint form explaining details on the malfunctioning product. It states someone will reach out in 1-2 days, not received any contact back. I called the toll free customer service number just to continue to get hung up on, the prompts they have in place is a hoax, if you press the button for help with there products, no one ever answers and the recording tells you to leave a message, how do you leave any messages if it hangs up on you. Tried four times and threw in the towel.

I got 2 glucose meters from Walgreens. The card for rebates said "2 meter rebates per house." I sent in both receipts and UPCs like it said on the card. But I only got 1 Visa gift card back. Their people keep giving me the runaround. It's about what's right! I wouldn't have got 2 if I wasn't gonna get my money back for both.

Trividia gave me a deal where I could get some money back if I bought their True Metrix thing. I did it on time and everything, but then they gave me the wrong amount of money back. I told them about it and we've been talking since June . Every time I call or email, they say they're working on it. On September 9, they said I'd get the rest of the money in a week. But it's October 4 now and I still haven't gotten it. I think Trividia doesn't really care about their deal and they're just trying to make me give up.

I bought a Trividiahealth True Metrix Blood Glucose Meter from Wallgreens on 4/1/2022. The package had a mail-in rebate that I could use until 12/31/25. I filled out the form and sent it with the receipt, UPC bar code, and all the necessary info. But on Wednesday April 13,2022, I got an email from *** saying they COULDN'T HONOR my request because of an INVALID PURCHASE DATE. The rebate tracking number is ***. I'm attaching a PDF with the receipt, the completed form, and the bar code from the package.

I had to use Trividia TRUE METRIX blood glucose monitor 'cause Medicare said so. They gave me one but it didn't seem to work right. I asked for the test stuff and it said the meter ain't accurate. On 9/22 and 9/23 I did 4 level ONE tests (target = 72-90) and got 37, 36, 37, and 42. I also did 4 level TWO tests (target = XXX-XXX) and got 110, 112, 113, 109. All the readings were way too low. On 9/27 I called Trividia a bunch of times (XXX-XXX-XXXX) but the line kept dying. I emailed them and they told me to call the same number (Case# XXXXX). I ain't gonna call 'em again, but I gave 'em my home phone #.

This company said they'd give me a rebate for True Metrix Go Meters. They said I could get 2 meters for $14.99 each. But they only gave me a rebate for 1 meter. I did everything they asked for the rebate, like sending the UPC codes, receipt, and rebate form on time. When I called them, they admitted they made a mistake. I emailed the "promotion dpt" many times, but they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. They promised to appeal their decision and get back to me, but they never did. They took my money for the second meter and stopped talking to me. This company's rebate process is a scam.
