Payment for membership is not trustworthy
I was very nervous about adding a credit card to a website directly but was told there was no other way they don’t work with ApplePay or PayPal. So I created a digital card with my credit card with a $25 monthly cap and added it to the account. One month later they cancel my account saying I have not paid and no card is on file so I need to do the whole process for a second time. They also claim to not have record of the first conversation that I can clearly see and I spoke to the same person. I don’t feel comfortable giving them financial information if it can’t be stored correctly and they pretend it never existed. They block you in the app without it so it makes the device a useless item without the membership.
Desired outcome: Allow app access to at least measure, since they refuse to refund the device.

They run a terrible billing scam. It is impossible to cancel your account without your device. Had to cancel through customer service because you can't get into your app without the device and mine does not work. They said everything was cancelled long ago and I discovered that they're still billing. Absolutely deceptive under handed company.
