Unauthorised transaction they are taking money out of my account.. I need my money back I didn't sign up for the account they took my money out of nowhere I provided a picture of time date and amount information

I purchased this app for 62 dollars and some change. Under email [protected]@ymail.com I have called countless times to itunes who refused to refund. They suggested i reach out to calm.com which i did by email. They also refused to refund my $. I canceled this membership within 24 hours. This is absolute robbery that they wont refund my $. Its complete run around.
I have attempted many times to cancel this app and subscription. Besides making it difficult to navigate no cancellation has been able to be obtained. This has been more than a year.

On 8/19, I enrolled for a Calm annual subscription at $69.99.I never really used the service and decided to let it expire.On 8/19, I was automatically charged another $69.99 without any prior authorization or email notification.I attempted to contact customer service via email for a refund but never received a reply.I tried to contest the charge with my credit card company but was rejected, citing Calms Terms of Service.

Today was notified my CALM subscription was renewed. I have not been able to use the CALM subscription for the past year so I thought I did not have one, I did not have access to their material. My password does not let me in to their app. A customer cannot email directly or call to get assistance. I am trying to receive a refund and remove this company's access to my financial information.
