Triple R Diesel Service

I like the way that Triple R Diesel puts out the excuses. I bought a truck from them and needless to say, I wouldn't even buy a light bulb from them. The truck I ended up with was actually the third one that they switched me to. I flew down there and inspected the truck and everything looked o.k. They delivered the truck to me in Utah and that is when nothing was right anymore. The truck was leaking motor oil real bad, it had a wierd noise in the motor, the brakes weren't all working, the"refurbished interior" consisted of newly upholstered seats and electrical tape tightly wrapped around the torn up arm rests, the mudflaps were not al there, the a/c doesn't work, and no connectors on any wiring that they did (they just twisted them together and put some tape on). I took the truck to the local caterpillar dealer where they found the leaks and scanned the computer. That is when I learned that the computer had 200, 000 miles more than the speedometer .TRD offered to pay half the $4, 000 estimate. When they took apart the front gear plate to fix the leaks, they found that all the gears on the front of the motor were bad. I was told that they could not help me any further. That cost me $8, 325.34. As for their new paint jobs, they should try using primer and more paint. Ihave seen more paint on vehicles from overspray. I have replaced brakes, drums, slack adjusters, turbo, rewired, and replumbed. Too many problems to list.E-mail me and I can tell you more. I have owned the truck for 7 months and have put over $20, 000 in repairs. Everybody in my area that bought a truck from them are also very unhappy.BAD TRIPLE R DIESEL. And shame on you for knocking a guy that wanted to change his line of work (Mr. Plucinski).You oughta be proud!
