An absolute pleasure to work with! Pleasant staff and highly efficient movers! My team of Triple Crown Maffucci Storage and Amor made a stressful day run smoothly. They took absolute care with every piece of furniture and worked incredibly hard to make sure everything was perfect and it was! I highly recommend!

This team is great. Have worked with them twice in the last 4 or so years and the moves have been about as painless as a move can be. All the teams are super professional and friendly and could not have been more helpful. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone in need of moving.

Maffucci was amazing! From the salesperson, to the office team, the packers, and the movers on both ends - everyone was professional, responsive, on-time, and fantastic. I've moved inter-city, and interstate, and this was one of the best moves I've ever had! I give Maffucci Moving my highest recommendation.

Moving can be the worst experience a person can have but this company made it enjoyable. From the front office to the moving crew, led by John Doe, I could not have asked for a better team. From the minute Jane Smith met with me to give me an estimate to the minute the crew drove away yesterday, I felt like a valued customer! Definitely recommend!

Maffucci Moving was extremely helpful and went above and beyond their responsibilities. We had a complicated move with multiple locations and they accommodated every part of the move. After the entire move, they even stayed for an extra 30 minutes to help my mother move a piece of furniture from our basement to the upstairs bedroom. Would definitely hire again!

The entire experience from the sales rep to the delivery was awesome. They were accurate in their estimate. The actual driver and his moving staff were great. hey were very experienced, efficient and were very effective in taking the stress out of a stressful environment. Driver kept me in communication as to where and when delivery would be. Entire experience was perfect.

The move was completed exceptionally - including all packing. Maffucci truly made the moving process a streamlined and relatively painless process. Everyone from the back office to moving crew were quick, efficient, and professional from start to finish. The actual moving team, John and his crew, showed up exactly at the time they said they were going to arrive, got right to work, and communicated everything as they went along to make sure we were all aware of what was going on. I cannot sing their praises high enough!

This was, by far, the best moving experience I have ever had. Not only were they easy to communicate with, they were completely responsive, very competitive with their pricing and unbelievably professional. I recently contracted Maffucci for a move from NYC to Stamford, CT. They were topnotch, from the estimate process, coordination of the move to the actual move itself. They were also extremely responsive when contacted by email or phone. Most important, the three (3) movers who showed up were superb. Fast, efficient, careful, professional and polite. For a stressful experience (moving), Maffucci's overall professionalism made it almost pleasant! I highly recommend them...

Maffucci exceeded my expectations. From the initial estimate to the dropping off of our possessions, Maffucci was just excellent. The crew was efficient and worked together to get the house packed in Long Island and then unpacked in Florida. They were punctual, polite, professional and easy to work with. Our possessions arrived exactly when they said they would. Not a thing was missing and nothing was damaged. If you're planning a move either local or long distance, this is the outfit to go with.

Moving things into storage was a great solution in prep for a bigger interstate move. Maffucci Moving made the move easy and they will take care of the big move when I am ready.. The professional crew led by Elmer ( I hope I got that right) packed some breakables, in addition to taking the things I packed, and were polite, safe with masks, and respectful of me and my house. He went around with me and asked what he should take, and it was perfect and complete. Everyone at the Maffucci office has been polite, and professional. I recommend Maffucci Moving 100%. Moving one's aging parent across states is stressful. Diane, the agent who arranged the move was patient and helpful as I tried to set up my dad's move from NY to Chicago. Diane answered all of my questions and also patiently answered my dad's question to set up the move. John and his crew packed up my dad's house expertly and they were really nice to my dad. They set his mind at ease and handled his stuff with great care. They were punctual and fast and arrived on time to Chicago. They unloaded everything careful and placed everything carefully. I really appreciate the professionalism, humanity, and grace of everyone connected with Muffucci.

I contacted a few moving companies but Maffucci was the best. Starting with the in home estimate, the representative (Marlon) was very informative and helpful with figuring out our move. He was very respectful of our home. The movers were amazing with their lead driver Kevon. They showed up at 8am and had us in moved into our new home (almost 2 hours away) by 4pm. We had 90% of the house fully packed into boxes. They quickly organized the things that could not fit into boxes. I could not believe how fast these guys moved or how all my stuff fit into that truck. The movers were respectful of our house, our family, and our things. Hopefully we never move again but if we do, I will chose Maffucci again.

Maffucci Moving and Storage made a very difficult move go smoothly. In the past year, I lost my family, several friends changed jobs, and had a very traumatic experience trying to sell the family house. I was worried that moving would be an equally trying experience but everyone involved with my move treated me with respect and understanding. I felt as if I was a long-time friend. Triple Crown Maffucci Storage, the Interstate Agent, was particularly helpful. Her planning of the move and follow-up was excellent. When I couldn't land on an exact day to move because my closing date kept shifting, she was able to reschedule a convenient date for me. She provided the ultimate customer service by keeping me calm and making me laugh during times of crisis. I can't say enough good things about the movers - both crews were efficient and professional. I highly recommend Maffucci Moving and Storage. Triple Crown Maffucci Storage is the best choice for all your moving and storage needs.

Invoice # *** In April I requested a moving quote from Triple Crown Maffucci Storage. I had a video survey with Michael B; we stopped in every room and inventoried furniture. I clarified that I was moving from a 3rd floor elevator unit to a 2nd floor walkup, and that my co-op would need a certificate of insurance. Michael and Triple Crown Maffucci Storage had this information when they gave me an estimate of $1801. I stressed to them that I'd like to avoid hidden charges, and Michael and Nikida Trace confirmed to me that the only additional costs I'd likely see are tolls and hour overages. They even told me that even if box/inventory was slightly off, or transportation took a little longer, I would just be liable for the hourly rate anyway. The final bill came out to $2911, which they then revised to $2600. It included packing/unpacking services they absolutely *did notprovide, and refused to clarify. Paul at Triple Crown Maffucci Storage blamed me for moving to a walkup, and talked over me when I tried to ask him for a detailed breakdown.

Triple Crown Maffucci Storage and Maffucci Moving and Storage in ***, *** are cheats. We received a quote to move of $8,050. They claimed that we used that just to move out of our house. They then wanted to charge us additional funds. They asked for pre-approval to debit our account and asked that we do not fill in the pricemistake number 2. After declining to pay them more, they billed our account an additional $2,000. While they had no authorization to debit another account of ours, they billed it an additional $3,700. We have since stopped all payments to them and cancelled our debit cards. We have a claim in with the bank and I will be reaching out to the ComplaintsBoard.com and Bekins Corporate to file complaints. They put on a good show but since day one it was all about the money and not customer service. Triple Crown Maffucci Storage and Maffucci Moving and Storage asked if they could add an additional mover. While the hourly rate would go up, it would take less time and equal out. We agreed but they just wanted to invoice a higher hourly rate. How does one give an estimate and then try to double it. I could see an additional 10%/20% but 100% and then to take money from my account without authorization. Don't be warned, just don't deal with this company. They called us once we listed our house, don't be fooled. Lastly, what they don't tell you is that they charge you from their company door to yours and back. Is it my fault you estimated a job with 2 hours of travel each way? That's eight hours without lifting a finger. Cheats! Don't make the same mistake that we made.
