I have been renting for a year now and I just got charged a $900 water bill. They say it's for 2 months' worth but even that is ridiculous. I live in 3 Bedroom town house! I called customer service and talked to 50 different people all telling me there is nothing they can do, and they will leave a note. What the hell is that note doing, absolutely nothing. I never get a call back I just am told we will send an email to utilities. It's just some generic call center and they don't know anything. I am tired and wish someone who actually knows what the hell is going on would give me a dam call back and not give me billing info
