Tricon Residential My issue started in December , when repair were sent to make several repairs to my home due to housing violations

My issue started in December , when repair were sent to make several repairs to my home due to housing violations. These repairs included replacement of my kitchen counter. After the counter was installed I began having issue with my dishwasher and could not use it. I reported this in December. I was told by the first repairman i just need a part and that they would install it. That repairman disappeared. I contacted Tricon again in January they sent a different repairman that repairmen said there was a part he could get to fix it but was sending a request because I really needed a new dishwasher. This repairman also disappeared. I contact Tricon in March and apparently my work order was never sent to the vendor. They ensured that they would get the issue fixed and proceeded to give my a $500 concession on my rent, I assumed that it was due to the fact that I have not had a working application in my home at that point for 4 months. I paid my rent which due to the concession was $764 normally $1264. Four days later I received an email saying the concession was in error and now I owe $500 and if I had questions to contact *** if I had questions. I indeed had questions and contacted *** that same day. I left her a message and replied to the email and I have yet to hear from anyone. I left another message April 13th still no response. I also contacted a woman named *** through texted about this issue on April 21st still no response. The dishwasher sits in a box being consistently rained on my backyard, despite my objections to leave it there. I feel that it is unprofessional to not respond to any of the messages that I have left. I want to know why the concession was an error, especially when i am paying rent even though I cannot fully use my home. This has caused hardships. Its been 5 months and I have not been able to enjoy my home due to the company dropping the ball. I believe I am owed some kind of explanation and concession.

Tricon Residential We have been living at this address for over 5 years

We have been living at this address for over 5 years. We normally receives a notice two months in advance to renew our lease. October we were placed on month to month. We called and left numerous emails to atleast 5 persons of contact to discuss concerns. The phone just Ringed, for weeks and we received a response in the 3rd week suggesting they would send us a new lease. We were told we had a specific time to sign it but we had questions and the correspondence again was slow. By the time we got everything settled, we were told not to worry about the additional fees, once the lease was signed, they would remove the additional charges. Well, the additional charges were not removed and we kept seeing late fees with interest each month. I kept paying what we normally pay and sent with email and images of extra fees requesting where are these fees coming from? Why are we being charged late fees when we have paid on time. We received a auto response saying if you paid, to disregard followed by pay your late fees. We received an email saying they have been trying to reach us but we have not received a message or email response. Each month afterwards until February, we have sent monthly screenshots of the month to month payment still asking someone to contact us in regards to why do we have to pay late fees if we paying on time, now the late fees has incrued an interest from $100 to over $500. We asked repeatedly for someone to contact us so in January we received a notice via email and by mail to vacate the premises in 3 days if payment is not made. We contacted the headquarters who could not determine why we were being charged and stated that requested the office to contact us. To no avail, there was still no contact. The lack of concern and communication was mind boggling. I would love to see the person I'm talking to vs hiding behind the threats of an email when they clearly see we should have the right to question our bills if there is an issue. Sad days

Tricon Residential -10/9/22 -- I sent an email asking management to intervene regarding our neighbor's nightly music

-10/9/22 -- I sent an email asking management to intervene regarding our neighbor's nightly music. We had asked the neighbor 3 times previously over a week. We had lost the use of our bedroom at night due to the recurring nuisance. I had been injured from the constant bass noise and disturbed sleep: pain, fatigue, brain fog, tremors, inability to get up, inability to feed myself, inability to bathe myself. Documentation was attached.-10/10/22 -- Former manager *** forwarded the request to CM *** and ACM *** and asked them to reach out that day with a plan of action. No response from either of them. -10/20/22 -- Followed up with another email of continued disturbances and attached documentation. *** responded by asking *** and *** to resolve the issue that day. No response from either of them.-10/21-22 -- Followed up with another email with continued disturbances and attached documentation. No response from ***, or *** -10/26-22 -- *** communications to *** but did not receive a response from Tricon Residential.-10/29/22 -- Followed up with another email to ***, and *** about the continued nuisance, loss of use of the bedroom, and injuries. I requested to know the name of Tricon's representative agent at the *** since this may progress to small claims court. No response from any of them. I have left 4 voicemails with the on-site security company Alliance Security but have not heard them address the issue. The music still plays 40 minutes after calling them.Documentation is in the form of video recordings which are not supported by the option to upload. I can provide them by another method if requested.Settlement: I would like a pro-rated credit to our rent equal to each day the unaddressed nuisance occurs along with a self-pay hospital rate of $150 to cover 1 additional physical therapy visit for each week this continues.

Tricon Residential I have been with tricon American homes since 11 I've always paid my rent on time there was an issue back in 4 when they said they

I have been with tricon American homes since 11 I've always paid my rent on time there was an issue back in 4 when they said they didn't receive my payment so I sent a screenshot of the payment being made they said they didn't receive it so I resent the payment. Fast forward to 01/2022 I get an email from *** saying: Pheodesia you are behind on your rent payment are you expecting to leave the property it an eviction notice so I emailed *** asking her what is this? Once again I sent screenshots of all my monthly rent payments called left messages, emails no response back, so comes March I go to make my rent payment it's says I owe $2831.90 so why do I owe an additional $1,415.90 I go to try to make my rent payment and I declined the $2,831.90 and I make my payment for $1,415.90 well when I hit submit the system bumped that payment out and took the whole $2,831.90 out of my account I called tricon again for days no response finally *** says they've been out the office and that she could not stop payment that I need to go through my bank well I did so now they're charging me all these fees and is not taking responsibility that all of this happened because of their system no one was there to help me no one still has told me why that amount was on my account and instead of them even taking the time out to fix things *** start asking for more money but said to send it through *** never stopped to fix the situation at hand I can't afford to be paying double rent and I definitely can't afford to be paying for all these fees after I did as *** told me to do I am still waiting for a phone call back or email so I can talk to someone about these fees and yet I still have not received anything they have locked me out of the system to pay my rent so I can't even make a payment on April 1st which they know I'm locked out due to all of this but I'm pretty sure if I don't make a payment April 1st they're going to make sure to add fees

Tricon Residential I have been trying to since May 22, 2022 to renew my lease

I have been trying to since May 22, 2022 to renew my lease. We started renting in June . We have always paid our rent. When I reached out to several people via email, I got no response. When I called in I was told that *** and *** no longer worked there, yet I had also emailed *** on that email and received no response. I finally after multiple calls got to someone on June 6, ***, on the customer service. She gave me an email for a ***. It did not go thru. Then, I was directed back to ***. July 1st emailed again. *** was set to renew on July 5th. We tried to explain our situation and negotiate of the rent did not have to increase so much. Finally a response on July 11th that they were very busy and she would look into it. After multiple emails and calls... Finally, I get her on the phone. She says "sorry I was on vacation" and I have a reply here, no you must do the increase and a 14 month lease on August. I asked since now that we are into the month of August that we would not have to sign on a lease that would be past September 5th (had everything been resolved). Once again, no word back until I email, email and call. I had included ***, ***, and *** when I got their emails I am told that 12 month leases are not allowed in ***. We must sign a lease thru October 4th. When we went to sign the lease, it expired! Even through I asked for a new lease to sign. This is very wrong. Since May I have been trying to work to get a lawful and reasonable lease renewal. I hit issue after issue. Meanwhile we are got charged extra charges afterwards. Never came in on our bill at the beginning of July or August. Lastly, they still have yet to fix the smart home since June and make our home more secure. I need this resolved. We just want to be able to have a lease to sign and not be penalized and forced into a longer lease because of them not communicating back to me for 3 months!
