I didn't read the fine print. I was surprised when I was hit with $49 bill and then to cancel I was hit with a $37 cancellation fee. The day I canceled I was hit with another $49 untop of the $37. I did not have a good experience.

SCAM! I cancelled after 2 days and they charged me for three months. Am still trying to Get my money back. Could not access the site an hour after singing up Do not use not real listings for rent to own all they do is fine properties for sale online and it is all false rent to own. All the properties are real listings with NO rent to own option.FAKE

I have had this for two months and been unable to view any houses that are for rent to own. I have tried to cancel subscription. It seems not to work I am unable to see houses for rent to own. Also unsuccesfupp unsubscribing. Keeps coming out of my bank.

I have cancelled this several time but they keep charging me a monthly fee. Plus a *** so see if our acct is active. The fee is over *** This has been going on for almost a year.

Absolutely no assistance as stated. Went to cancel would not refund full amount. States that they can help assist in securing rent to own properties. That is 100% not the case.What they give you is information you can obtain for free. Completely a scam. On top if that there is another company Renttoown.com that attaches together and they both charge you same amount monthly without you knowing.

Signed up for a dollar and got billed 49.60 twice a month total of 99.20 monthly For the past five months. The ad is very misleading and false advertisement. I Signed up for $1. And for the past 5 months they have charged my card twice a month for 49.60 for a total of $99.20 monthly . i never authorized these payments nor do i even use their services . i would like them to stop charging my card and refund my money

I have been trying to cancel membership to GetRentToOwn.com before they charge me for the monthly rate. The cancelation button does not work. I had purchased a 7 day trial for $1.00 on 7/10. I have been trying to cancel before 7/17 so I will not be charged on my debit card. Called the number & its a pre recorded call that doesn't allow you to do anything. It hangs up if you are trying to do anything else. I want to cancel!

This company advertises they only charge *** to view their rent to own listings. When I look at my bank account they took *** and then took *** Rent to own is ripping me off. On their fb page they advertise a *** charge to view their rent to own properties. They not only took their dollar but an additional *** and I'm afraid they will keep taking because I can't get anyone to cancel it. Maybe a fraud even. I don't know what to do.

I have been charged twice in February for services I did not receive or use and have been getting charged for the last four months I have been getting charged for services that I did not give permission for I have not asked for the services and don't use them I would like to be reimbursed for the 2 charges that I have been charged 50.00 in Feb on the 06 & 15 and I was also charged for the same services in January on the 06 &16 and I have not given permission or asked for the services

They listed a house for rent I inquired & they told me to sign up House wasn't there so I drove by It was for sale/pending through a realtor All lies They listed a house for rent so I replied to the ad. Got sent an email to sign up. I was hesitant but tried it. The house was not on their site. I drove to the house. It was for sale and pending through a realtor. It was never for rent or rent to own. They never answer their phone to cancel. The site is full of houses that are just for sale. It's a scam and totally worthless.

I LIVE AT HOME, I AM 21 YEARS OLD. I HAVE NEVER MOVED OUT, I DO NOT HAVE A NEED FOR THIS TYPE OF SERVICE. MY BANK SUGGESTED THAT I CALL THE COMPANY, WHICH I DID. MY BANK SAID THEY REQUESTED INFO FROM THE COMPANY IN 11 AND NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE.

I purchase 7 day trial which i cancelled 2 days before cancellation upon review credit card statement which revealed they had charged me another 3 pay I purchase a 7 day trial which i cancelled 2 days before it was due to be paid another 30 days. Upon review of credit card statement yhey had charged me a total 3 times i contacted them they sent refund form which filled and faxed per instructions in the past 1 week have called 4 times and left voicemails. Finally got a hold of someone who stated it was going to be handle by legal department stating thst writer hadn't contacted them which os false i would appreciate any assistance at this time

losing 2 loved ones to covid-19.i sold my home and need a rental. This co.advertised a free service then took a money without authorization. SCAM! I lost 2 loved ones to coranavirus and had to sell my home and get a rental asap. I looked on this site and paid *** to look at their Apartments. Then did not tell me that they were taking money again for future use. I am living on a Disability income and now have to raise my 2 grandkids do to their parents passing. I have short money for food so *** dollars is alot to take without my authorization. Total scam especially for us seniors. I can't get a refund back. Total SCAM. DO NOT EVEN GO TO THEIR SITE.

On October 15th I went on the site just to get information about renting to own a home they false advertised and did not tell me they was going to cha On October 15th or 20/20 I went on the site which was saying you probably can rent to own a home I went on their site just to get information they false advertise in charge me $46.20 which I did not know they was going to charge me until I looked at my bank statement and I did not give them permission to take $46.20 from my account they made it seem like it was probably $1 just for you to see if you qualify to get over it to own home then when I contacted them about what they did the lady me and her got into a verbal altercation over the phone about my money when they know they was ripping me off. And the name of that site was your rent to own.com but then I looked again and it was another site called rent to own.com that charge me the same amount and the lady going to pretend like she don't know nothing about that when it's from the same company with the same address I'm on SSI and they just stole my money for me and I want my money back
