Mold from an unrepaired leak has harmed our health. My wife was diagnosed with acute bronchitis and had two ER visits for breathing issues. and chest pain. For over a month, Tricon has been negligent—closing the request unfinished, providing no updates, repeated delays, and poor communication—while the mold continues to threaten our safety.

Desired outcome: I want what's right. I am not demanding the world, although this can be a huge lawsuit due to severe negligence and harm to my wife's health.All I would like is:1-2 month rent creditHospital Bills creditFull proper repair of home
