Tricon Residential review: Do not rent from them!

They should definitely have a 0 start option, 1 star is STILL too much! I'm not sure where to even start with this trash of a leasing company. They gave us a house that had water damage, mold, and needed to much cosmetic work! They closed the fire place improperly which resulted in water damage in the wall. There were busted pipes in the floor and shower of the main bathroom! When we called them to fix it they came and did a half-a** job and when I called them again they refused to come in and fix it, but wanted to hound us on rent payments. Mold grew in the floors damaging a lot of our property! we were forced to move out because they refused to come in and fix it keep in mind we had small children at the time which resulted in constant doctor's visits because they were constantly sick. when we finally moved they called us and told us we owed them over $800 for trash pick up when we left the home in better condition than when we found it. I am currently in contact with my lawyer because they keep calling us about the said $800+ in hopes that they will resolve this ongoing issue and set them straight once and for all! Please don't rent from the scam artists! I'm not the first one to leave a bad review and I won't be the last. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!
