HORRIBLE COMPANY!
Do not rent a house from them unless you want to get screwed.
Had a slab leak. Finally sent a plumber after 7 days which did not get the work approved until day 11 or 12! All while still leaking and flooding the house further. Finally fixed and then had to wait 4 more weeks for flooring. They only completed a portion of the floors and we still have concrete and tack strips everywhere for our kids to step on and get injured. Cannot get ahold of anyone. Now been 3 months and still no flooring completed. Trash company that does not care about their tenants. Even if it affects your health!
