I have stayed at 2 different Tricon homes and I'll say that this place is the absolute worst. They buy the cheapest everything to put in the home and will charge you when they got what they paid for. They will also never give the deposit back. You will receive charges for non existent damage and then will not respond to any disputes of charges or quite anything if I'm being frank. The repair teams are AWFUL and un responsive. This is a dishonorable company that should be put up on charges. I pray for the tenats that still rent from these criminals.

Claimed loss: $4,000

Desired outcome: Only 2 valid charges upon move out. A cleaning service was even purchased for moving out and they still managed to keep my deposit and charge me an extra $2,400 on top.
