Trafalgar review: No common sense. 1 star because I can't give 0

having booked 2 tickets for an event next may at swan theatre high wycombe the confirmation email included a rogue ticket in a different row the original two in consecutive seats. i immediately emailed trafalgar who refused a refund and told me u could resell tickets if i chose it wasn't my error but they refused all attempts at coming to a sensible solution so no more outings to anywhere that uses this rubbish company for ticket sales!
