$200 Plushies Order
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I still have not received my $200 order after 2 months and the 10 gifts I purchased for 10 children did not arrive for Christmas, despite ordering them on November 20 and the website stating 5-10 day international delivery. I would have completely understood a 1 or even 2 week delay given the time of year, however 2 months is just not acceptable! Additionally, the company blatantly ignored all of my emails and requests for cancellation and refund (requests were made prior to shipping). I'm still waiting on my order and had to spend another $200 at a local toy store so that I'd have gifts for Christmas. I have contacted the company several times and still have not received any replies. No attempt has been made to address my concerns at all. The only contact I've received is continuous emails asking for reviews of the items, which I haven't even received. ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL SERVICE BY FOLLOW YOUR LEGEND. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Order not shipped
I placed an order on 11/5. It took Follow Your Legend a week and a half to ship and in a week since then they never actually handed the item over to DHL. In their last email to me, they stated they hope to be caught up with shipping orders by the end of next week. First time I contacted them I was told my order would be shipped soon.
The CS reps repeatedly ignored my requests for a delivery estimate and instead pushed shipping my order back a week. At this rate, it'll be a month before it ships. If it ships.

I ordered 2 plush penguins July 14th and still have not received them
I ordered 2 plush penguins on July 14th 2023, said I would receive them within 5 to 7 days. Well,, here it is August 1st 2023 and have contacted Follow Your Legend numerous times. Only to be told nothing! That they would get back to me within 1 to 2 business days. Haven't heard anything back. Can't call them you have to send an email and I am not getting any answers. I now asked for my money back and I get that dang standard reply we will get back to you within 1 to 2 business days. This company is scamming people right and left.

Order for two hats
I placed an order for two hats 6-weeks ago.
I have not received my order and despite several emails I’m informed that they are having problems with DHL delivery., Two days ago I received a delivery from DHL and he assured me that DHL has no issues with staffing or meeting customer delivery commitments.
My conclusion is this company is a scam. Potential buyers should check out this company before placing orders.

I placed an order with the company on 11/24/22 for two of the bracelets that can be filed with sand or dirt because I wanted to give them to my kids as a Christmas gift so they could put their grandfathers ashes in them. The order still has not shipped as of 12/6/22 and I have contacted them multiple times by email because that is the only way they can be contacted. I have gotten no response back from them and at this point I just want my $50 back so I can purchase from a legit business not a bunch of scammers. There is no customer service number to call or anything and I’m very mad and upset about the way this company is scamming not only myself but many others as well. Please help get my money back!

Stay away! I don't know if the 5 star reviews are paid or fake but it was been more than 2 weeks that I am waiting for the 2 hats that I have ordered but the order seems to be stucked based on DHL. I have not heard from customer service back either. Horrible experience, do not let them take your money.
It’s a total sham. I ordered 3 turtles for Xmas in No ember to ship to Australia, I was promised them by Christmas. They never arrived and were marked as still in transit in US 5 weeks after order. I chased and chased and chased my order, requested a refund and got legal involved. Then, all of a sudden, on 20 Jan, the order shows up. Never received a mail, never received a call, never received a thing. Disgusting service, substandard product, fraudulent business practice. Don’t touch them.

I have sent so many emails and had no response. I wanted to cancel the items as they hadn’t shipped them a month after I ordered them and they weren’t going to arrive in time for Christmas.
Then I get a notification they had shipped after I had tried to cancel them. They still haven’t arrived weeks later and we are no longer in the city I had them shipped to.
