Tracir Financial Services, Inc. is a company that has some issues with their customer service. The folks who work there seem to be a bit full of themselves and not very nice. They can be rude, arrogant, and even bullies. They don't seem to want to work with you, but instead try to intimidate you. It's not a great experience.

About 3 years ago, I needed a ride to work. My credit wasn't the best. I went to a dealership and Tracir Financial Services, Inc. gave me a chance with a big loan. I missed a payment or two, but the bank was cool and helped me out. Now, I own a 2010 Nissan truck that's all paid off. Thanks to everyone at Tracir Financial for having faith in me.

I got a truck from Tracir like 2 years ago. I've been making all my payments with no problems. But now I'm 33 days behind 'cause I missed the first payment. I already paid a lot of money for this truck and I only have a little bit left. I tried to tell them that my kids got covid and my hours got cut 'cause of a chip shortage, but they wouldn't let me defer for just one more month. I think I gave them a good amount of money already, like come on! I wouldn't tell anyone to use this company.

I called them today, July 13th, to pay off an old debt but it didn't go well. I wanted to settle the debt but they didn't want to help me out. They said I had to pay the full amount or I wouldn't get my title back. I'm not working right now so I couldn't pay the whole $277.16. That amount includes the original balance of $156.73 plus all the late fees and interest. I thought I could pay the charge off amount and a little extra, but not almost $300. They didn't want to work with me at all. They have my title and they know I can't do anything without it. Luckily, my car doesn't work and I can scrap it without the title. It's not a big loss for me. I just wanted to do the right thing.

Don't use this company for anything! I made a mistake buying an SUV from a sales lot in Newark, Ohio that blew up on me twice. Of course, I let it go back, but now, about 10 years later, I'm still paying for it. Tracir Financial Services, Inc. has taken so much money from my paychecks, it's crazy. And don't ask them how much you still owe because no matter who you speak with (the man is absolutely rude), you always get a different amount! They were taking so much money from my paycheck that I was going to lose my car and condo! After speaking with a woman who was understanding, she began only taking $150 per pay, but when it reached the full amount they were to take out, they waited about three months and began taking more! And, of course, by then, I had another loan, so it puts me back in the same boat that I was already in. They don't care; it's their job, and I hope they sleep well at night. I just know karma is out there! So, if you don't want this headache, do not use them, no matter what!

Don't trust Tracir Financial Services, Inc.! Only use them if you have no other choice because they're really good at tricking people. They sent me an email with the sender listed as "mass email" and I had to try to block it to see who it was from. The email was about paying electronically during the COVID outbreak, but it was all about them and nothing about helping their customers. I replied to the email and got a rude, unsigned response telling me to contact the manager, Brandon. I replied to that email and got a response from the compliance officer saying that the email was from Brandon, but he wasn't there. This "manager" sent me a bad response asking for a call, but he wasn't even there. They don't have a grace period, but they don't charge fees until you're 10 days late. It took them three years to explain that. Don't let them bully you into paying by phone. Are they waiving the fee for you? If not, mail it. They have to accept and process those payments. If they're closed, they can process it later and use the postmark. If they keep it up, file a complaint with the Ohio attorney general. Brandon, are you listening? Will you email me like a professional and ask for my call? I'm waiting, Brandon!

I never felt so disrespected by a company before. One of their employees called me about my payment. I told her I paid it, but she didn't believe me. After going back and forth, she finally found the payment. Then she asked when I was making my April payment, which was due two days ago. I said I would pay next week, but she kept asking for an exact date. She even said my car was being looked at for repossession and made more rude comments. I paid the payment, but I was so upset that I called to report her. I spoke to someone named ***, and he said he would get the call pulled from IT. I'm still waiting for a return call, and I'm filing a formal complaint. The employee was extremely rude to me, and I've never felt so disrespected in my life. The company is making it seem like I was the problem, but the employee was the one who was rude to me. She even asked if I wanted to keep my car and asked when I was going back to work in a rude manner. She kept saying my car would be taken. The fact that the company responded that it was me who was the problem shows how poor their customer service is. The call is recorded, so they can hear for themselves how rude the employee was.

Tracir Financial Services, Inc. done messed up my loan buyout. They charged me on 08/18 and added a 6.50 perdium until 08/31. But then they went and took my payment of 192.78 out of my account when they had no right to. Not cool, Tracir Financial Services, not cool.
