Toni & Guy review: Service

This mail is regarding a unsatisfactory behaviour and service from your side .Tony and Guy Essentuals , Perumbavoor, Ernakulam,Kerala. I had approached them for a bridal makeup for my sister's wedding . They assured me the air brush makeup and done some other make up. The wedding was on last September 17 .

We had 2 hr drive to the wedding destination.They started working on makeup at 3:45 am till 7:45 and wasted all our time.They did a numerous mistakes and ruined her Big Day...They didn't set her makeup with setting spray and all.The makeup cracked when she smiled and we had to find some other people to level up their Fault.After that they have argued and insulted my aunt the bride's mother 'that she is lying , so that we don't have to pay them' . The management is so bad and workers are too unprofessional,they have only one good stylist and others are just experimenting on customers.

And they haven't given me the' bill ' for service and misbehaved. The incident happened on 17 September.
