I mean, I tried like a bunch of times to send him a $100 gift card, but every time I tried, it said the gift card was out of stock. Like, seriously? That's just ridiculous. So, I decided to call up customer service and see if they could help me out. But even they couldn't handle it! I mean, come on, Tommy Bahama, get your act together!

It's like they want you to spend more money or something. The only gift cards they had available were over $100 bucks. What a load of crap, am I right? I mean, I just wanted to get my bro a nice gift for his birthday, and these guys couldn't even make that happen. It's like they don't even care about their customers.

I recently bought a MLB Polo Shirt from Tommy Bahama and was pretty disappointed when they sent me the wrong color. I mean, come on, how hard is it to get the right color? When I contacted them about it, they told me that they were out of my size and thought it would be okay to just send me a different color. Um, no, it's not okay! I offered to exchange it for another MLB polo shirt, but they said they would have to charge my credit card until they received the return. What kind of nonsense is that?

Honestly, I expected better from Tommy Bahama. I mean, they're supposed to be a high-end brand, right? But this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't think I'll be buying anything from them again.

I bought a couple of pairs of jeans from Tommy Bahama's website using their Free ground shipping on Feb. 3. I was pretty excited to receive them, but it took a while for them to arrive. By Feb. 11, they had already made it to NJ, which is just an hour south of NYC. However, they just sat there for days without any updates. I was getting pretty frustrated, and by Feb. 15, they still hadn't been delivered.

I tried to reach out to their customer service team through email and phone, but it was a struggle to get a response. When I finally did, they told me that the jeans might arrive by Feb. 21, which is 12 business days after I placed my order. I mean, seriously? That's way too long to wait for a couple of pairs of jeans.

I understand that the Free ground shipping option is supposed to take longer, but this was just ridiculous. I could have walked from NJ to NYC faster than it took for my jeans to arrive. Quick shipping is a crucial part of the customer experience, and Tommy Bahama definitely needs to work on that.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Tommy Bahama's shipping. If you're planning to order something from their website, I would suggest avoiding the Free ground shipping option unless you're willing to wait for weeks for your order to arrive.

I bought 4 shirts from Tommy Bahama, 3 of them short-sleeved and 2 of them long-sleeved. I wore them for just one season and the material started to fray and even had holes in them. I was really disappointed because all of the shirts had the same problem. I tried to contact customer service, but they just told me to talk to the store where I bought them, Macy's, about their return policy. I felt like Tommy Bahama didn't take responsibility for the poor quality of their product. I mean, they charge a lot of money for their clothes, so I expected them to be really good quality.

I've bought similar clothes from Land's End and I'm still wearing them 10 years later. That's the kind of quality I was hoping for from Tommy Bahama. If you want to buy clothes from a company that makes great products and stands behind them, I recommend Land's End.
