AFTER READING THE COMPLAINTS ABOUT TMART.COM AND HOW TMART.COM IS MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR ANYONE TO FIND THIS BUSINESS ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER. I will wait a few more days but I am not happy here you could if emailed me or called I didn't even get a recite with my first order how am I going to get my warranty for this tablet I bought from you just in case it needs fixed will it come with the paper work for the warranty dept ?

I still have not recived my 10" 16 g white dual camera that I paid over 200 bucks for I messaged you and you said my tablet was shipped off the 16 th and its still not here its beenover 15 days I've had stuff shipped from china quicker that your company you found my order the other day now your asking me for all the info do you not no what is going on in your company you have all my info [protected] the tracking number you have me was a fraud I called ups what company gives fake info to its customers I recived my 2 tablet cases one wasn't even the right one so I could return it if your company would provide its customers with and address and phone number what good does a 10.1" tablet cover do me with out my tablet you have my money you said it shipped what's the problem here

Tmart I recived the tablet today in a big yellow envelope when I opened it the box was tore up and their was no recite for my purchess nore was their a tablet charger or plug what use does a tablet due me with out the charger no warranty info or book was in the box ever product comes with a book and charger and warranty info I am so disappointed with your company I will never order anything from your company again nore will I suggest your products or company to anyone I want my money back customer service should be number one here an your company lacks that you need to post an address and phone number for me to return this incomplete product for return

I have had two many problems with your company I have never experienced so many problems with a online company before I just want to return the tablet and the tablet cases I got from you I have not even tried to power it on because the box was all tore up and their was no charger and I ant going to get blamed or stuck with this product I don't even have the book or charger or warranty service I paid for just send me a return label to get this stuff back to you please I just want my money back and wash my hands of this whole experience with you. I contacted my credit card company already and have a dispute filled against your company tmart they have been trying to contact you but they can't. Because you have disconnected the phone number on file for your company my credit card company is investigating the matter at hand

How long is this going to take tmart how much longer do I have to keep waiting for my refund here the sad part is I never even got to use the product I really need this for school and your company messed everything up you are not a us business this whole thing seems like a fraud company you just sent me broken stuff and tried to pass it off to me I been lyed to sense day one I found your company I trusted tmart and they really let me down the funny thing is I refuted your company to my friends not anymore will I get you business just give me my money back and let me be on my way tmart how much longer do I have to wait here for a refund

Tmart when will the return label arrive like I've stated I'm not touching the table I won't be the blame for the damage or any use of the tablet it came tore up and that's the way it's going back I'm not touching it all I want is a refund why can't you call me this is why my bank is handling the issue this is so shady I can only talk to you here I just want. A refun how long will it take to get it . How do u expect me to use it with no book or charger I have nothing but a tablet

I ordered tiaras for my daughters birthday party and I got them, that wasn't the problem. The problem is that they keep taking money out of my checking account. I tried to live chat with them, send them numerous messages. I have not heard anything from them. I will never order from that website again.

I bought a Tattoo gun for my husband and after a week of waiting he trys to do a Tattoo and the gun exploded in his hand he gets hurt and they wont do anything not to mention the power supply wont turn on. This is stupid he could have had his hand blown off and he was fortunate that it just electrocuted him and burned his hand.so they sell faulty products and don't fix the problem unless you spend more money.

i went to go order some stuff from tmart.com and the website said mycard was declined and i wasnt givin a order number but they still managed to take $114 from my account.i cant get any help because all they want is my order number and i wasnt givin one i either want my items or my money back i work hard for my money

DO NOT CALL THE NUMBER ABOVE. It is a lady's house phone number and she said she gets calls all the time for people trying to get ahold of TMart. They have no working number. They are a scam. I'm trying to return an item and the customer service is GOD AWFUL. I spoke to a woman named Hilary and the lady was rude, the manager's aren't "allowed" to talk to you. My old card information was compromised and I wanted to change my number to get refunded but they said there was no way to do that. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT SHOP AT TMART.

Awhile back, I had ordered a swimsuit from T-Mart and had received it from the Hong Kong warehouse within a timely manner of just two weeks. However, this last order I had placed a month ago has still not been delivered. Not only this, but it says on the site it has been shipped. When I look on USPS, it says they're preparing shipment. I had asked several times about this and contacted T-Mart numerous times. I had even said that due to my changing addresses on Tuesday, if I could change the location. I wont even be in the United States after Tuesday. I also asked if I could pay extra to get it shipped quicker and they had ignored my question with an apology. Though I still enjoy the site, I believe they have some serious flaws. And if I can't get a refund or a change of shipping address soon, I will be contacting my lawyer to sue the company for their disregard and lack of communication.

I submit an order #1311274NKXJ7 on Nov 27th, 2013 which was a Wednesday, two days prior to Black Friday. It was for 2 android phones (cheapos for my sons) and they were in stock. I received payment confirmation that day as well. Assuming they were to be sent out the following day as it states in the description. I get an email on Monday stating that they are out of stock and if I'd like to wait for 5-9 days till they get stock and then they'd send them out to me. I stated that they were in stock when I ordered them and that I expect that Black Friday sales sold them out before they sent them to me. They said I can pay additional funds to have the items express shipped even though this was all their fault. They replied that it was in stock now and this was Dec 3, 2013. When I asked if they will be shipped they replied yet again that the item was not in stock.

Sadly I ordered many things from this site on a few different orders and I'm sure none will be delivered to me in a timely manner. I'm very disappointed and wish I checked this site prior to ordering or I would have saved my time and money on a reputable company.

I bought 2 ipads and some other stuff...after my payment was taken from my account, I realized there is no order number...SO TMART please call me or email me shannonc1104@hotmail.com...I read all the great reviews and then I find this site! Please send me my products or a refund...I do have my payment transaction...It is Christmas for gods sake!

I too have been unable to get my issue taken care of thru their customer service. I have submitted my issue multiple times and when they finally responded they asked me to submit a picture of the issue which I have already done. I will not use this site anymore and I wish that I had seen all of these complaints before I used them the first time. I ordered a 360 keyboard case for my ipad, when I attached the usb to charge the keyboard the usb port came out. Now I'm trying to get the RMA label to return it for a refund and I'm not having any luck. I need to find out what recourse I have in this manner. They definately do not pay attention to what is in your e-mail regarding your issue.

I am also having trouble. I ordered on Deb 6th and havent received any of the 3 items i purchased. I submitted a "ticket" to the customer service but it says not open on weekends...and my items were supposed to arive today at the latest. I'm so annoyed and wish I saw all these comments before I ordered, because I never woud have. My neice is coming down for Christmas tomorrow and now I wont have her tablet cover. I will NEVER use tmart again! Worst site ever!

Well I'm also in the ripped off category, I paid for a flashlight on 11/17/13 for a Christmas present, the tracking number they gave me never did anything, the shipping company never received the flashlight, I've been sending emails and was told to wait 45 days now its 1/3/14 still no light, nook refund, no answers from emails. I asked if they would please ship using FedEx or UPS so I would. for sure get what I paid for. Then they told.me to ask my neighbors or the postmaster about my light, when they were to ship to my PO box? What is that? My first couple orders with Tmart went OK, and now I can't get any help. I just tried ordering the light from the US warehouse which says we ship in one to 2 business days, its now day 4 for that order, no ship, no answer to emails, no live online help/customer service they claim to be honorable, there not. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TMART, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Take your business to reputable dealers.

I have just received a tablet from tmart.com and it is absolutely rubbish!
i was on the live chat talking to "EVA" and she told me she was looking up my order information after giving her my order no. and she left the conversation!
I want a full refund and i need the return delivery address.
Possibly a telephone number as i am sick and tired of sending emails through te website and getting ignored on live chat...

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with! They refuse to give me the return address, or number to talk to a person over the phone. The LIve chat people are IDIOTS! The site says it is coming from NJ, but I had to talk to someone in Hong Kong and Im sorry they are idiots. I contacted them 2 times and still have not gotten anywhere with them. They sent me a case that is not the right size. I simply want to send it back NOW and get a refund, . If I wanted to deal with people in Hong Kong then I would order from Ebay, they are WAY EASIER TO DEAL WITH! Next time I will for sure listen to all the crappy reviews before buying, you guys have nothing but bad reviews, and Im adding to it, Dont ever buy from TMART!

I placed an order (order# 140129GU9MBK) If it has not shipped I want my money back on my account asap I was looking to recieve this item fast as it is a nescecity to play my gamecube i ordered from amazon i should have paid the extra 10 for the memory card there because i would have already had it instead i confided in a website that i see now has all customers dissatisfied i want my money back if it has not shipped and if it did i want a tracking number asap. This is my third time desperately trying to get a reply this is straight up ridiculous

I ordered 4 items 3 days ago. It did not give me a order number and is not showing on my account. But tmart.com has took the money out of my mothers account. How can you say you are a legit company when you show that I have not ordered anything, yet already have your payment. I am very disappointed with your customer service. I could not even find a number or address. If I do not receive my items by Monday, February 6th, 2013 I will be going to see my attorney and filing a law suit against the company considering I have already paid for them!

Tmart.Com took my money from me, will not show me any history of my purchase, will not ship the item I purchased, and will not let me contact them to get my money back. This is an absolute disgrace, and I WILL be taking legal action against this company for false advertising. 24 Hour shipping my ###.

I purchased 3 tablets from Tmart. I received all 3 of them today by the mailman! Two were in great Shape but one was defective! Ive been trying to contact Tmart all day but imnot getting anywhere. I dont even want a refund i just want my tablet replaced. It should not be this hard to contact someone! Can I please get some Information please!
