Its a fraud.. they never deliver anything they also lie about information of the order and deliveration i will never recommend this site they suck and they just steal your money and your time

For the address, we don’t provide our address as we do not support the customer to pick up the item. We only are afraid of the customers are not been served well. If you tell us the reason why you want to get the address, we will tell you our address for our safety. If you have any item’s problem, we also will provide you the return address according to different country as we have warehouses in Hong Kong, The United State and The United Kingdom.
For the security, our employees never used and published the customers billing information. We can promise that we do not disclose the User information.
For the customer service, we have email service and live chat service to help the customer solve their problem. For the live chat, we always will help the customer solve their issues right now. For the email, we usually will reply customer within 24 hours.

This Tmart.com representative SHERRY is a LIAR, SHERRY, YOU DID USE AND PUBLISH ONLINE MY BILLING INFORMATION... ( don't you remember ?) if you don't remember it is because you did the same to toomany customers and if you remember then your response here is a lie, you are publishing lies here. I am a life witness and i can swear for that in a court of law and my billing information that you published online is still online as evidence . . I am thinking of taking a legal action in court against tmart.com

For you can receive the item in quickly, we shipped your item in time by automatically before that you contact us by email. So we are not able to cancel your order and change the address. Every customer shipping address was provided by themselves that write on our site. It automatically was led to the shipping system. As your demand and we would like to build a long relationship between us, we not only shipped the item to you, we also refunded to your account. Sherry should not publish your address on line. t mart sucks just bought two items a what I was discribed a Ps3 contoler an chager cord showed it sat three days in maryland an then started travel on a sunday to my home. never recieved item tryed talking to live chat an as they were so.rude would not answer questions stayed on line an went to text then never sent message I still dont know how to get money back th want me to.get a statment from.the post office but wont replay to where how an.who to send statment too. I want a voice call from the owner now! I have a child an.dont want to waste any more wasted time an automated respones fom so.called live chat.

I ordered a phone from Tmart for a christmas present took almost 2 weeks to receive it and when i did the earbuds were broken both batteries to the phone would not stay charged longer than 45 min. Ontop of also looking for a contact NUMBER there is not one on the website i have sent out many emails trying to send my item back stating that you need a "return authorization number". Not only have I not heard from Tmart but I am out $100 on a ### piece of product. So thank you for taking my money and ruining a christmas present for a family member! I will be giving a bad review as i am now and I will never recommend or ever buy anything from this company again!

I ordered from tmart.com before and everything was fine, i even recommended people to this site. This order i just placed was almost 2 weeks ago, and i only recieved 2 ou of 4 items. I never recieved an email saying one of the items was out of stock until i had to email them. This is ridiculous that i cant even call customer service. Last they wnt even tell me where my 3rd package is and all i know is that its shipped and was last in china. This is BS. They suck as an site and will not recommend no one else. 1 more thing, i tried to change my items since the other was out of stock and the stupid site wnt let me and the chat people wasnt even working. I never had bad service like this and i will prob. tell everyone on facebook, twitter and instagram to not buy from this site

I ordered 10 Chinese Sky Lanterns for my wedding. I paid $27.90 ($2.79 each). I only received ONE and paid for 10. I have been trying to contact the company for 2 weeks now and this is the response I got- Dear Customer

I bought my dad a flashlight for Christmas that worked for two days and then just stopped functioning. I cannot get a response from anyone and need the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization number) and the address to return this defective item to so we can get a refund. My order # is: [protected]. Please do the honorable thing and help me get my RMA/refund for this defective product so I can get my dad another flashlight that actually works.

I just found out that TMart charged me for FEDEX OVERNIGHT PRIORITY SHIPPING but when they shipped the package, they shipped it Standard FEDEX. TMART, from the beginning of this order to the very end, your service has been terrible. Order # [protected].

If I had found this site and read all the negative reviews, I would have NEVER ordered from TMart.

Your online chat is always off, there are NO visible phone numbers on the site... no way to contact a human.

I ordered some items on January 25th, 2013. As of today (February 17th, 2013) they have not been delivered to me. Tmart said it will take 7-15 business days. If Tmart cannot fix the issue and have them delivered by next Friday (February 22nd, 2013) I will file a complaint to the BBB "Better Business Bureau". This site is a scamming site. THIS IS ILLEGAL AND SHOULD BE PRESENTED TO COURT. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAMMING COMPANY. NO ONE SHOULD EVER USE THIS SITE TO BUY ANYTHING.

There's way to get in touch with these people! I've been trying their email service and I tried it 3 times with no response. I feel like i am dealing with some illegal sweat shop somewhere...why would you be so shady, if you're a legit establishment? No phone number, no customer service whatsoever, the items are sent without ANY backup whatsoever, so there's no way to return the item...
ONCE AGAIN, TMart is very shady... NEVER AGAIN!
p.s. all of their WONDERFUL customer reviews on their website are most likely fake too, so do your research people. I wish i did...=(

I ordered an android tablet from Tmart 4 weeks ago and I just got my item today...Well, I open the package and turn the tablet on the touch screen does not work and I have tried multiple times today to contact them through their "instant messaging" and I still am waiting on a response..If my money is not refunded or my product replaced with an item that actually works I will be seeing them in the court room. I have a very reliable lawyer who would be more than happy to get my money back for me.
All I'm saying is if you can't do your job right then you should shut down your poor excuse of a company and get a new job...

Tmart,

I’m so sick and tired of dealing with companies that just flat out suck when it comes to customer service. Your customer service "SUCKS"! I had send more then 9 emails request for Refund (unshipped item)and you tell me Misunderstanding?! Your customer service didn’t even pay enough attention to what I had to say in my emails. I will never get stuffs from Tmart after this bad experience, I will write my experiences in forums to warn people not to get from bad customer service Tmart.

Your company reputation is all you have. Don’t allow something as easy as communication to mean the difference between a happy client and one who despises you. Take pride in what you sell, how you sell it and how you support it.

I have ordered from tmart before with no problem. but this time around my order was held and payment was supposed to be refund. I have emailed multiple times and no response. my order says they were trying to call me to notify me but i never received any call from them. i am getting very impatient and frustrated with this situation.
