I placed an order last month on the 13th of August, when I tell you guys I have literally emailed , texted & called this lady about my items , they never got back with me until I Direct messaged them on Instagram about my items , I was told my items would be sent out that week, well fast forward here we are a week later , if I wasn’t an influencer I wouldn’t imagine how much more unprofessional this would be for me. I try to support black businesses but I am always left in awe at the lack of timelines & professionalism. I’m so disappointed. I’m more than patient but this just feels like I’m being scammed & the items will never come, I wish I did my research beforehand.

I pre-ordered the Grey Jersey Knit Fallopian heels on January 1, 2023, and was told I would receive the item by April. It is now July, and I have not received the item or a refund. I have recently contacted them as of July 1st and was told, "You've already submitted a chargeback to the bank on May 12th. We actually can't do anything further from here." When I promptly followed up, I did not receive a response.

I commented on their IG requesting an update on my item/refund, and my comment has since been deleted. They have ignored several others inquiring about the status of their order also.

My bank is currently in the process of retrieving my funds from them, and it appears they are going out of business because they are now selling all of their products at a reduced price.

God doesn’t like ugly.
