Titancustoms Disappointing Experience with Titancustoms: Delayed Delivery and Poor Customer Service

So, I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Titancustoms. I ordered a front wheel back in January, and it's now June and I still haven't received it. I've tried emailing and calling, but I haven't gotten any answers. I was promised that I would either get my wheel or a refund, but it seems like that's not going to happen.

I talked to Chris Darling, who told me that they're a big company that makes 10 million dollars a year, and that they wouldn't need to scam people. But honestly, I'm not so sure about that. I wish I had read some reviews before I made my purchase - it seems like I'm not the only one who's had a bad experience.

I'm pretty frustrated about the whole thing, and I'm considering filing a small claims case against them. It's just not right to take people's money and not deliver what you promised. I hope that anyone else who's thinking about buying from Titancustoms does their research first and doesn't end up in the same boat as me.

Titancustoms Terrible Customer Service and Shipping Delays: My Experience with Titancustoms

I had a really bad experience with Titancustoms. I bought a tuner for my Harley Davidson from their website about six months ago. When I ordered it, the website said it was in stock and would ship in 2 to 3 weeks. But after waiting for months, I still hadn't received it. I tried contacting them by phone and email several times during this time, but they never gave me a clear answer about when it would ship.

Finally, I decided to call them and ask for a refund. But they told me that the only way I could get my money back was by filing a dispute with my bank. I was really disappointed with their customer service and the way they handled my order.

Overall, I would not recommend Titancustoms to anyone. Their website may say that they have products in stock, but that doesn't mean they will actually ship them. And if you have any issues with your order, don't expect them to be helpful or responsive. Save yourself the hassle and buy from a different company.

Titancustoms Warning: Do Not Use Titancustoms for Purchases - Terrible Customer Service and No Delivery

I would not recommend using Titancustoms (titancustoms.com) for any purchases. My personal experience with them was not a good one. I ordered a wheel, tire, and rotors from them 5 months ago and paid in full. They told me it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery, which seemed reasonable at the time. However, after 10 weeks had passed, I contacted them to see where my order was. They told me there were some shipping issues and it would be a couple more weeks. This happened about 3 more times, and they still did not deliver my order.

To make matters worse, they refused to refund my money. I tried to contact them multiple times, but they would not answer the phone or emails. Chris, Laurie, and Brandon were the people I dealt with, and they were not helpful at all. Chris emailed me once and said he would let me know when he gets an update from Roland Sands, but I never heard anything back from him.

In the end, they got me for over $1800, and I have nothing to show for it. I would advise anyone considering using Titancustoms to think twice before making a purchase. They do not seem to be a reputable company, and their customer service is terrible.

Titancustoms Titancustoms Review: Terrible Service and No Delivery or Refund After 5 Months

I would not recommend using Titancustoms (titancustoms.com) for any of your motorcycle needs. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been nothing but a disappointment. I ordered a wheel, tire, and rotors from them five months ago and paid in full. At the time of purchase, I was told that it would take 6-8 weeks for delivery.

Titancustoms Warning: Terrible Experience with Titan Customs and Owner Chris - Avoid at All Costs

I have had a recent experience with Titan Customs and their owner, Chris, and let me tell you, it has been a complete joke. This company and Chris are a representation of what not to do when running a business. It is clear that all they care about is making money, and they have no regard for their customers' safety concerns.

I have been trying to resolve a serious safety issue with a product I purchased from them, and Chris has been completely unresponsive. Despite him initially offering to fix the problem if I stopped threatening to call my credit card company and fight the charges, he has now gone completely silent. It is clear that he has no intention of fixing the issue and is only concerned with protecting his profits.

If you are considering purchasing parts or upgrades from Titan Customs, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Do not waste your hard-earned money on a company that does not care about its customers' safety or satisfaction.

Titancustoms Terrible Experience with Titancustoms: Poor Service and Refusal to Refund

I recently had an experience with Titancustoms and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I placed an order for a slip on exhaust on December 2nd, 2022 and was informed that it would ship in three weeks. However, months went by and I still had not received my product. I was extremely frustrated and decided to call the company to cancel my order and request a refund. To my surprise, they refused to refund my $449.00 and instead told me to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

After numerous phone calls, I finally reached out to my credit card company to dispute the charge. Unfortunately, they were unable to get in touch with Titancustoms and I was left feeling like I had been scammed. I decided to give Titancustoms another call to see if they had finally shipped my product or not. To my dismay, they still had my $449.00 and had not shipped my order.

Overall, my experience with Titancustoms was terrible. Their service was extremely poor and I would not recommend ordering through them. It is important to be cautious when ordering from online retailers and to do your research before making a purchase.

Titancustoms Unreliable and Dishonest: My Experience with Titancustoms

I recently made a purchase at Titancustoms for some rims that I had my eye on. I was really excited to get them and couldn't wait to put them on my car. However, after waiting for over 8 weeks, I still hadn't received my order. I tried to get in touch with them, but it was really difficult to get through to anyone. When I finally did, the person I spoke to said that they had been trying to contact me, which was a total lie. I never received any phone calls from them.

I was really frustrated at this point and decided to cancel my order. The person I spoke to said that they would refund me, but they never did. I tried to contact them a few more times, but it took forever to get through to them. The only way I could get through was by hitting the number one button and wanting to place an order.

When I finally did get through to someone, they told me that they weren't going to refund me and that I should contact my credit card company. I was really upset at this point. I felt like they had lied to me and were trying to steal my money.

Overall, I would not recommend Titancustoms. They are not trustworthy and their customer service is terrible. I think that this company should be investigated for their practices. If you're thinking about making a purchase from them, I would advise against it. There are plenty of other companies out there that are more reliable and trustworthy.

Titancustoms Titancustoms Review: Disappointing Experience, No Refund, Terrible Customer Service

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Titancustoms (titancustoms.com) that I feel compelled to share. Unfortunately, I was unable to receive the product I ordered from them, which was already upsetting in itself. However, what really left me feeling let down was the way they handled my request for a refund. I was told it would be granted, but it has now been a frustrating 5 months and I have not received any sort of compensation from them.

What's more, when I tried to reach out to them via phone, they refused to take my call. I even tried calling from a different line and was only able to get through once, after which they hung up on me almost immediately. It really left me with the feeling that this company is not doing so well financially and may not be able to supply the quality goods they originally promised to deliver. I can only assume that they are in a dire financial situation and are unwilling to address their issues.

I would strongly urge others to stay clear of Titancustoms, lest they end up in the same situation as I did. My interactions with their customer service representatives were some of the worst I've ever experienced, and judging from other negative reviews I've read, I'm not the only one who feels this way. They have even gone as far as to threaten people with their "corporate law firm" and their supposedly impressive $10 million a year business, but in my opinion, it's all just a lot of bluster.

I implore anyone who may be considering doing business with Titancustoms to take a look at some of the scathing feedback left by other customers. I truly believe that this company should not be trusted, and neither should their promises of quality goods and fair business practices. Save yourself the time, money, and heartache by taking your business elsewhere.

I had an absolutely awful experience with titancustoms.com. To put it simply, they stole my money and won't even give me an explanation for it. After paying them for their services, I've been completely ghosted and they refuse to answer any of my calls or emails. It's beyond frustrating to be left in the dark like this and I can't believe how unprofessional and unreliable they are. I wouldn't recommend titancustoms.com to anyone and advise staying far, far away. This is the kind of business that will only disappoint and frustrate you. Titancustoms Warning: Stay Away from Titancustoms - An Honest Review

I had a really terrible experience with Titancustoms and I would advise anyone to steer clear of them. I made a purchase through their website and paid for it upfront, but I never received the items I ordered. Unfortunately, this seems to be a pattern with Titancustoms, based on the numerous reports of the same issue that I've seen online. In fact, I was so frustrated and disappointed with the situation that I had to report it to the Belgian police.

It's really a shame, because Titancustoms has a great selection of products on their site, and I was genuinely excited to receive the items I had ordered. But their lack of follow-through and poor customer service has left me feeling completely ripped off and disheartened.

I would advise anyone who is thinking about shopping with Titancustoms to think twice. There are so many other online retailers out there that offer great products and excellent customer service, and it's not worth risking your hard-earned money with a company that has such a poor track record.

It is disheartening to write this review about my experience with Titancustoms (titancustoms.com). Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this website as a trustworthy source for automotive parts. I placed an order with them a year ago, but still haven't received the parts I ordered nor have I received a refund. What's even more frustrating is that they never answer my emails or calls. It seems like the level of customer service is incredibly lacking.

I've attempted to talk to customer service twice about my order and both occasions left me feeling more frustrated and disheartened. I've been waiting for my parts for an entire year and it seems like they have no plans of fulfilling my order. It's truly disappointing to say the least.

At this point, I am looking into legal action as a means to resolve this issue. I find it really unfortunate that this is the path we've been forced to take, but I can no longer sit back and do nothing. Overall, I highly suggest finding a more reputable source for your automotive needs. There are many other auto parts retailers out there who can ensure more competent customer service and timely delivery.

Titancustoms Nightmare Experience with TitanCustoms: Fraudulent Site, Not Worth Your Time or Money

The experience I had with Titancustoms was a total nightmare. It's appalling how a few bad apples like Chris can destroy the reputation of a company. I placed an order for some parts with them and unfortunately never received the items I ordered. When I tried reaching out to them to enquire about the status of my parts, I was met with rude and belittling remarks. The worst part was when I was hung up on, which really left me feeling helpless and frustrated. It's extremely disappointing to see how little they value the customer experience. I ordered a set of floorboards for my motorcycle and unfortunately, I haven't received any shipping updates or tracking information. Titancustoms Disappointing Experience with Titancustoms: No Communication and Delayed Delivery

My experience with Titancustoms hasn't been the most positive one. I was really looking forward to receiving a center stand worth 720 dollars, but it's been almost 36 days and I haven't received it yet. I've tried everything - calling them, emailing them, but there's been absolutely no response from them. It's quite frustrating, really. What's more, they took my money immediately, but haven't even bothered shipping the product or providing any update on the order status. I initially hoped that the delay was due to the holiday season, but even after that, there's been no communication from their end.

Honestly, this experience has left me with a bitter taste. As someone who's made purchases online before, I know the importance of maintaining good communication and ensuring timely delivery of products. Unfortunately, Titancustoms seems to have failed on both these fronts. If you're considering ordering anything from them, I'd advise you to think twice. Despite the attractive prices, the lack of communication and delayed delivery are big red flags that shouldn't be ignored. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.

Titancustoms Titancustoms Review: Order Delayed for Almost a Year & No Refund Materialized

I had a terrible experience when I ordered a wheel from Titancustoms back in January. The originally promised 6 week turnaround turned into a waiting period of almost a year, with no clear indication of when my order would arrive. To make matters worse, I was promised a refund via email from Chris which never actually materialized. My frustration at this point was at an all-time high, especially since my customer had grown impatient and I was forced to issue a refund out of my own pocket.

Despite my attempts to reach out to Titancustoms by phone, I was never able to get through. I understand that time differences can make communication difficult, but I made sure to call during their operating hours and still received no response. Being based in Australia, I was left with little choice but to accept that I would never receive any satisfaction from this company. And needless to say, I won't be buying from Titancustoms again in the future. In fact, many of my fellow customers have expressed a similar sentiment, and I am reluctant to recommend this company to anyone else.

Titancustoms Customer Service and Shipping Nightmares from Titancustoms.com - An Honest Review

I recently ordered parts from Titancustoms.com and have to say, my experience thus far has been less than satisfactory. While I did receive an order confirmation indicating that my order had been placed, I never received a tracking number for my items, which is quite concerning. In fact, I've reached out to their customer service team five times in the past week alone, and have left five messages on four separate days - which has yielded no response.

These difficulties have given me pause, and unfortunately may be consistent with the negative reviews I've read about their customer service and shipping in the past. I now worry that I won't receive my parts or a refund for my purchase.

I truly hope this isn't the case and that Titancustoms will get in touch with me soon to provide me with some clarity on the status of my order, or even better, deliver my items as ordered. It's worth noting that my order number is TCC4425, and I'm anxiously awaiting some kind of communication from their representative.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed and hoping this matter can be resolved in a timely and professional manner. However, if it continues to deteriorate, I may have to consider escalating to the legal arena. Needless to say, I'm disappointed thus far with my experience with Titancustoms and hope that other potential customers do their research diligently before committing to any kind of purchase with them.

Titancustoms Disappointed and Disheartened: My Experience with Titancustoms

When I first stumbled upon Titancustoms website, I was impressed with the wide selection of helmets available at their online store. So, I decided to place an order for a helmet that caught my attention, priced at $120.

Unfortunately, that experience turned out to be my worst online shopping experience yet. After placing my order in August, I never received my helmet. I have been trying to reach out to the customer service team through phone calls, but all I've got are voicemails, which remain unanswered till this day.

To say that I am disappointed would be an understatement. It is quite disheartening to see a company behave in such a dishonest and unprofessional way. It's as though they are intentionally ghosting me, after taking my hard-earned money.

I am not the only one who has suffered at the hands of this company, and that thought saddens me even more. It is unfair and illegal to take someone's money and not deliver the promised product. It's a crime, in fact.

Therefore, I am now taking the next step of consulting my legal representatives to tackle this issue. In my opinion, they should not be allowed to continue with this deceitful behaviour and be held accountable for their actions. I want them to know that they cannot just trample over their customers' rights and hard-earned money.

In conclusion, it is quite unfortunate that my experience with Titancustoms turned out so poorly. However, I hope that my feedback and the feedback of others who have been similarly affected can inspire them to improve their practices and provide better customer service in the future.

Titancustoms Titancustoms: Poor Customer Service and Communication with Online Order

When it comes to purchasing products online, customers hope for a seamless and efficient transaction. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for me when I ordered a performance Machine pulley from Titancustoms in mid June of this year. Fast forward to September 18th and I still haven't received my order, with the only correspondence being a tracking number that I received from Chris just last week.

Unfortunately, even after receiving the tracking number a week ago, there still hasn't been any movement in terms of my order being sent to the UPS center from their warehouse. While I understand that delays can happen, the lack of communication and transparency from the company has made this experience frustrating and disappointing.

To make matters worse, when I reached out to Chris about potentially getting a refund since it's been 3 months since I placed my order, he raised his voice and told me that it wasn't possible. It's disheartening to see a company treating their customers poorly, especially when it's clear that I'm the one who's been left in the lurch.

The whole experience has left me feeling like the victim, wondering if I'll ever see my order or get my money back. It's important for companies like Titancustoms to remember that customer satisfaction and communication should always be a top priority, even when things don't go as planned.
