On 06/03/2026 my car was hit by one of Titan Insurance clients. The client provided me with all their insurance and contact information even included his driver license. I completed a police incident report and titan manager of claims told me my claim was denied that the driver was not insured today 06/19/2026. However, when I initially file the claim on 06/03/2026 the representative advised that the driver was insured. But after speaking with the rudest manager Tre today 06/19/2026 now Im being told my claim is denied that the driver was an excluded driver and I can contact an attorney if I want to and hung up in my face. I called back and sent a text message asking for a manager that's when he advised he is the manager and wouldn't allow me to speak with anyone other than himself. I need to know why my claim was denied and why I was treated so horrible over an accident I didn't cause. And how I can speak with someone regarding having my vehicle repaired?
