I went to Tires 4 Less for a lift kit on my 2015 GMC Sierra 3500. A few months later, I took it in for service and the technician pointed out that several bolts were loose. He also noticed a cut on my Chassis. I reached out to the manufacturer of the lift kit and asked for installation instructions. I sent them pictures of what was done, and it turns out that they didn't install the kit correctly. It's really dangerous! I contacted the guy at the shop and he said he would fix it, but the only solution is to cut my frame and weld a new piece. I definitely don't trust this shop to touch my truck again!

When they finished, I gave them my debit card for payment. They charged $600.00 first, then another $1,000.00, and told me to pay the remaining balance. However, they used my card to pay a finance company instead of charging the correct balance of $1,680.00. This feels like a bait and switch tactic.
