I have been a Time reader for 20+ years and late Apr-2019 I used your reminder letter to renew my subscription. My mags stopped end of May so after three responded emails I phoned the Aust office only to be told that you are not accepting credit card payment to renew due to some sort of upgrade. Unbelievable that you provided the facility to pay by Credit card but then reject this and cancel the subscription

Since the beginning of October attempts have been made to subscribe to TV Times 6 issues for £1 .
To date no second email has been received after two call takers stating that the subscription was successful.
A calll as a matter of urgency would be appreciated to attempt resolution.
