Unprofesional. Unresponzive. The guy didn't wanna do clean up (all the screws on my floor) cuz his broom way in back of truck. I paid several hundred an hour for kitchen demolition and unprofesional. Not customer oriented. Not responsive.

This company messed up my bathroom walls and the doors in the nearby rooms, and they also messed up the walls in my bedroom that's next to the bathroom. They kept coming over to fix everything, but the third time they just wasted my time because they came over without anything to actually fix everything. They keep denying the things that actually need fixing and only pay attention to what they want to see. I wouldn't recommend going with this company.

I don't recommend working with this company at all. We hired them through *** to do a bathroom remodel, which involved putting in a new tub and tile. Their project management and communication were really bad throughout the whole project. I had to keep calling them and asking for updates. They never contacted me first. The subcontractors they used would leave my house, and I wouldn't know when they were coming back. Actually, I haven't gotten any notice that the project is finished. It's been a few days since the last contractor left my house. All in all, it was a really bad experience.

I wish I could give zero star to Absolute Construction. We hired them through *** for our kitchen remodeling. It took them 3 months after our full payment just to initiate the project and five weeks to finish the work. However, it has been 6 months after the work is done and Absolute Construction has not obtained the final inspection for the work they did. For every step of the inspection, we had to send many emails/make phone calls to them asking them to please show up and correct their mistakes and comply and still the plumbing inspection is outstanding. Absolute construction clearly doesnt care about their customers and their reputation. Do not waste your hard earned money on them.

If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't have hired *** to do the bathroom remodel for my parent's house. It took them an unacceptable 48 days to finish installing a walk-in shower for my elderly parents. They're in their 80's and disabled. They'll argue that there was a plumbing problem (which there was, but it shouldn't have taken 48 days to fix) and they had to wait for tiles. However, the tiles were for the floor and had nothing to do with the walk-in shower, which was the main focus. If I were the owner of this company, I would have made it a priority to complete this project quickly because of the human element involved (disabled individuals), regardless of the project's size and cost (the bathroom isn't big, but the remodel still cost $14K plus the floor replacement expenses).

I hired Absolute Construction for a project to remodel my bathroom through the local ***. They said it would take 5 days, but it's been a whole month now. Supposed to get the shower doors today, but they say the doors are too small even though they measured before starting. Now it's a long weekend and I have to wait until next week. I just want them to finish the project quickly and reimburse me for all the problems. Others should know about these issues before hiring them. Thanks.

Absolute Construction Inc. recently helped us with a kitchen renovation. Shawn R, a field agent for the company, came to the house and measured incorrectly. He missed a vent on the wall where cabinetry would be going, which caused us to spend more money to have the vent moved on our own. The real issue is that Shawn was adamant that our house was built in 1980. I had already stated that our house was built in 1973 and had informed *** (who Absolute Construction is contracted through). However, Shawn insisted that he was a real estate agent and demanded that our house was lead-free. As a result, no lead-safe practices were utilized, which caused lead issues for our family and put the work crew at risk. This is a monumental error on their part, and as a company, it is their job to double-check the construction year of a house before they start working, as they are contractors. Unfortunately, this was not done. I have two children, one with special needs, and this mistake could have had grave and devastating consequences.
