TideBuy I haven't received my order and I wasn't refunded

I placed an order #1540857 on tidebuy.com website. The payment was made.

After the 8 days of delivery that they promised and after I check the order on their website without has no updates, I sent them an email. They replied calling me with a name that is not mine. Saying my order was canceled. I corrected my name and asked for a refund. They replied that I will receive the order is 3 days.

After 6 days, I contacted them to ask for a refund. They called me with an other name that is not mine and told me that the payment was never received and that I had to prove that I paid (weird that it should be me). I sent the bank receipt and they said that they will check!

I was never refunded nor received my order!

TideBuy received

This company...! Never again. I ordered 2 dresses I paid for it £214. I canceled it after 1.5 day bcz we bought another dress so I did not need it anymore. This is happen in june when I ordered. Until now I have not receive my money back. They kept saying that they are going to sent me soon but they do not. It is been 2 months and I have no dress no money. I wish to see these people in person they would hear something from me I am really really angry how some companies can work like that and basically stealing money from people. Be careful and do not buy anything from this company.

TideBuy ripoff

I placed an order and the funds were withdrawn. I recieved a "payment recieved, order processed" email from TideBuy on July 23. There was not ETA on shippig so when I contacted the service department, I recieved an email apologizing for the delay stating that almost all merchandise was ready to ship and the order would be complete within a week at most. That was on July 25.

On July 27, I received two separeate e-mails, both in spanish, stating that my order was rejected because my credit card was deemed to high of a risk and that Tidebuy could not complete the transaction. At this point, I double checked and the funds have indeed been withdrawn, so Tidebuy has my money. My calls and e-mails to them have gone unanswered to this point.

I would like a full refund

TideBuy no refund, poor quality products, unwearable dresses

I bought dresses on April 2016 from them. the dresses are unwearable and low quality and the sizes is a total miss. After receiving half of my order in such a bad quality I wrote to them to cancel the remaining order. They want to change me %50 of one of the dresses price ($116 dress), they want to charge me $63 for a dress they won't even send and they will not return the shipping fees either. Although, their return policy state that they return items within 15 days and refund money. I already lost the prices of the dresses I received and I will never wear. Don't buy from them.

TideBuy absolutely unprofessional customer service!

I have ordered a coat from Tidebuy about two months ago. It took them over a month to deliver my order and when it finally arrived it was way too big. I contacted them and asked for an exchange. They said that they need to discuss this with their manager and promised to contact me later. Few days passed and I called again. Another rep told that I have to send it back and then they will ship me a replacement. And he also promised to call me back later. Again, two days passed and nothing! When I called for the third time new rep said "What coat?". Absolutely unprofessional customer service!

TideBuy the worst ever!

I've ordered a pair of really cool sneakers from TideBuy about eight month ago! Can you imagine that? I contacted them many times, wasted my time, sent them tons of emails and still nothing. They still claim that there was a problem with their shipping service, but everything is going to be fine. Liars! When I asked them to cancel my order, they told that there will be no cancellations and no refunds! And after all the inconvenience they caused me they still want me to pay extra $15 for shipment! Ridiculous! Avoid this terrible place at all costs!

TideBuy they are scam

I ordered something from doresuwe. That site was on japanese but it was operated by tidebuy. I didn't receive my order for 1 month. In between that I contacted tidebuy they said tidebuy and doresuwe were same. And asked me to wait. Then I received my package with 3 missing items. The items I received were $#*!. I don't mind that much cause they were cheap. After that I contacted tidebuy, they said they would refund after 3-4 business days and asked me to wait. But I didn't receive my refund. Then I contacted them but they said they have never heard about doresuwe. Does this get worse than this. They have also other site like taidobuy. Looks like they make fake sites and scan. I have already reported this website to cyber crime. I want to make them pay for wasting my time and money

TideBuy very disappointed

Received terrible service from TideBuy. When I opened their site and checked the pieces, I was so excited that everything was super cheap and their merchandise looked great. I ordered back in November and only two weeks later my order has been shipped. On December 3rd I received a message that my package is successfully delivered. They also asked me to leave a positive review about their service. But I never received anything, so now I'm posting negative reviews about TideBuy everywhere I can! I contacted them and told that I did not receive my items, but they called me a liar! Their representatives are very rude and impolite! Customer service is ridiculous! I'm am not a liar!

I feel that if I had read this complaint a month ago I would have never purchase anything from tidebuy, I will also warn my friends and family members to never order. Because I have ordered from this company and after a month of receiving the product, when I opened it it was unwearable and I am now aware of the stress I will have to get my refund back.

TideBuy terrible customer service.

I bought a dress from TideBuy. Before placing the order I checked their return policy very carefully because I had some problems with other online shopping sites. Their return policy clearly stated they will accept the return if the customer is not completely satisfied. Few weeks later I received my dress, but the size was wrong. I immediately contacted customer support and they told that cannot offer me a full refund. I was told they will only refund 50% of the price. I asked about other options and then they offered me sending the dress back to them. There was no point in doing that because they refused to pay for shipping. In both variants I remained the loser. Never ordering something from TideBuy!

TideBuy do not order from tidebuy.com! returns are impossible!

The problem with this company is that their delivery times are atrocious as they totally misrepresent them when you first place the order. While you may think you are paying for expedited shipping that appears as delivery in 3-4 days; it actually will take 7-10 days first for them to even process the order THEN another 3-4 days to ship. Worse than this, when you try to contact them, notice that you really have to dig deep in their website to even get a customer service email address. Their website links are circular meaning as you click along to get to a contact address, you will end up where you started for most of the steps simply adding to the frustration. I finally found their email ([protected]@tidebuy.com). However, I had to return the order since it came way too late beyond my event date to use. When I contacted their customer service they first continued to try to get me to keep the order continually asking why I wanted to return it and witholding information about how to return until I blasted them by way of a nasty email. At this stage, I am so frustrated with them as I just learned that for an $80 order of two garments, they don't have a method of sending an RMA so that I have to pay individual international shipping costs that are going to cost me $45 to ship the items back to them for only a $60 refund, since they only refund 80% of costs. RMA numbers would mean shipping back at their corporate rate (much cheaper!) but they won't do this when they could simply be deducting the ship costs off the refund amount. Honestly I don't trust them right now with all the ridiculous back and forth in emails and their lack of cooperation that they will even give me a refund and not worth spending another $45 to discover I can't get any of my money back from them. I strongly recommend you DONT order or use this company! Terrible company to deal with.

TideBuy horrible quality and customer service

Worst place to buy a dress. Horrible material and even worse customer service. Won't get a refund on the $100 I paid. Also any of the positive reviews on them with poor grammar matches the customer service grammar so I'm assuming they're trying to win back their reputation. Which is bad for a reason. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS I DID.

TideBuy love the dress so much

Shipped to us in a timely manner, comparable quality to the dresses in the high end department stores we tried on. Ordered the Custom sizing, but still had to get some altering done, but since I didn't have to pay extra for "custom" this wasn't a big issue, since we always have to get her dresses altered anyway. The girls looked beautiful.love much!

TideBuy ordered items never gt delivered

I ordered a 30$ package from tdebuy.com on august 8th 2014, and the customer service operator told me that it was confirmed on the same day and sent out on the 14th. I made a complaint and emailed them on the 18th stating it was not delivered. they responded saying wait a few more days. I was not given the proper tracking number and the tracking online was unavailable. I again complained to the customer service email and they again told me to wait a few more days. the days rolled by and august 25thi was emailed by the tidebuy service email and was told it was delivered, i recieved no package! i emailed them again askng for the proper tracking information and shipping address and ive gotten nothing. im utterly furious and i dont know if i can get a refund or sue or anthing im beyond angry and it was my first time using this website. never again will i use this website. Im ooking into some way to take legal action.

TideBuy will not refund

Don't buy from tidebuy. I had purchased a $180 dress (August 2013) and received the wrong dress. They admitted to doing so, and I asked for a refund upon returning the dress, and they informed me to keep the dress and they would give me $15 coupon. I took the necessary procedures to return the dress, which had cost me an additional $35 for shipping, and contacted paypal. Tidebuy had denied to paypal ever receiving the return, and as of today (June 2014) I never received my refund. If you decide to purchase from tidebuy. com, be prepared to keep the item no matter the issue, because there's a very likely chance you will never see your money again.

I am very disappointed with Tidebuy. Purchased a dress a little while ago, received it promptly but there were obvious faults with it. There have been any emails back and forth but they either tell me to think of their costs or that it is my fault. I was wondering if someone could help me out on how to go about getting my money back from PayPal? This is my number 1 objective right now, absolutely sick of dealing with these people! ;/

Do not order from this site. I am in Hong Kong and ordered a dress for my graduation party. The color of the dress I ordered was red, but the dress I got was scarlet, which even looks like orange in the sunlight.

They refused to give me refund, saying it is common when you're online shopping.

Please stay away from this web site. I sincerely warn you.

I ordered a dress which was custom made with my measurements. The dress I received was way too big and too long. Eventough I sent pictures of the dress showing the wrong measurements, I didn't receive my money back. They just keep saying that my pictures are "unqualified". Therefore my advice: Never order from tidebuy.com.

While they wasted no time charging my card for the purchase (which included a $22.00 shipping fee!), it has been over a month and my item has yet to even be shipped. I was skeptical about this in the first place, but I literally found nothing like the item anywhere else. It has indeed turned out to be the worst online shopping experience EVER. Follow your instincts.

The biggest rip off... i cancelled my order within 24 hours after reading bad reviews. they first of all said i was short on my payment by $20 (which i was not) and they said they would only give 10% of my money back? after 24 hours...are they that quick at making them? I am so annoyed.

I have not receive my wig yet but i already lost my excitement about, now that I take a closer look to the vocabulary used on the web site it looks less pro and trust-less, i cant believe I was such a full to spend to 200 dollars on a wig on that website. PLEAS DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

The dress arrived with a rip and the top cut so badly on top it could not be worn as one side was cut 4 inches less than the other and one side of your bust hangs out. You can SEE the bad cut but they did not stand behind their return policy. They only replied to every email with "we are sorry you did not like your dress." Waste of money on a dress that cannot be worn.

DO NOT BUY HERE! The dresses look nothing like the designer gowns they are copying! I ordered one that had pick ups and you could see ALL of the stitching that held them up! Such low quality and you are NEVER going to get a refund from these people! Dont do it!

TideBuy wedding dress/bad quality / no refund

I ordered my wedding dress online based on the measurements provided. I am actually an inch smaller in two areas. When I received the dress I tried it on. It was not nearly the size for the measurements. The seam for the zipper in the back is noticeably uneven at the top. The sequins were falling off with my movement. When I notified tidebuy, the first time with pictures as they requested I got no response. The second time I sent in the dispute with pictures john the customer service rep said no pictures were attached. I have copies of the emails sent with pics both times and a copy of the email that says "sent successfully. " the "third" time I sent the dispute with pictures, I received a response from john saying.. "the size is correct and for me to measure the dress. And I can sew the sequins back on myself. And they do not see were the seam is uneven. When I wrote back asking "is that it?" where is the customer satisfaction that is written on the website. I have received no response. I paid $226.09, for this dress and now I have no wedding dress and I don't have the money to buy another one. This company is a ripoff and they get away with it because they are in china and I am in the us.

For a cheap wedding dress at a retail store will run about $500. For a good one you will pay at least $2000 to $4000. A high end dress will run over $600. You spend $226.09 on a wedding dress and your not happy with it. What do you think you will get for $226.09? From the pictures you provided it seem like you got a really good deal.

If you can't spend at least $500 for a wedding dress then you should not have a wedding in the first place.

TideBuy poor quality, different sizes than ordered

Do not order from tidebuy!

I had ordered 3 dresses at the total cost of 444 us$ (!) all in a very crappy quality, bad finishing, poor lining - the lining shows at the sides of the dresses! All of the dresses had been paid extra for a custom size, all came in different sizes! And I mean a size 12 in comparison to a size 4 ordered!

They take much urge in claiming their money, but when it comes to dealing with a dispute, you are likely to be left standing with a cheap, ugly and wrong-sized dress. Obviously I did not get any refund nor help from them.

Just one short quote from their customer service: "please be aware that all the dresses are custom made after you place the order. It is really a difficult work for us to finish them in such a short time". So why do you commit on quality and custom sizing if you know, in advance, that you can not provide it?! Uuughghghh! (Sorry, i'm just so mad right now).

TideBuy worst service ever

I have lots of problems with this company. 1/ They didn't finish my dress till I emailed them 3 times to ask them to hurry, took 22 days to finish. Dress came 2.5 days before my wedding day. 2/ Name of the dress is half sleeve, I gave them measurement for half sleeve. But I also noticed they asked for arm length measurement in their own measuring guide below the dress info. So I gave them the arm length measurement as well. They made it long sleeve for me! I never asked them to change it to long sleeve. And they blamed it on me. They said I gave them the arm length so they thought I wanted long sleeve. If I wanted long sleeve, I would state that in my message. I DID give them half sleeve measurement. They did things on their own and they said it's because of me. 3/ The hip is way too small for me. Their measuring guide says "Hip is about 7 inches below the natural waist line". But it's not the widest part of my hips. They shouldn't say it's 7 inches below the waist line because it is NOT. I couldn't wear it. I couldn't get it altered either because the lace surrounding the dress does not have big enough extra margin to expand. So I had to rush out and bought another dress in a store to replace this one. Their customer representative, Sally, is very stupid. She asked me what bicep and upper arm length measurements mean. She works for a company that makes dresses; she should at least know about measurements. She also asked me if my shoe height 3” means 3 feet. I can’t believe there’s a brainless person like her.
Their customer service is really bad as well. I had to email them many times about my dress and waited 3 days for a response. Their online chat is even worse. TideBuy horrible quality and wrong wig

Ordered short hair brown blonde but received long hairs red in a very poor package as if it was an old item laying in Tidebuy shop since 2000. Ask refund after many mails a sending photos because service client was never satisfaied of quality of my pics, they jud that red is not red .they think people are stupid and blind and never reply to mail of complaint .avoid any contact with them, the worst site ever seen on Internet, quality of product are horrible fakes!

I ordered a wig from this site. I ordered the model and color exactly per their instructions, but when I received the wig was not all what i ordered. an awfull red wig. iI emailed them regarding the issues and they gave me the run around. They asked that I send in pictures their wrong item I did as they requested, but the pictures weren’t good enough for them, so I resent, but still not good enough. I got tired of dealing with them and open a claim with paypal .unfortunately i later discovere their bad reputation.Do not order from this company.

TideBuy customer service

Ordered two dresses from this website. Manufacturer is in China. Ordered size 6 dresses - but top is much smaller than a size 6. Color of the second dress not what was on the site. Web reply to my request to return was. basically they cannot accept returns without their approval and authorization - as in don't bother. Email replies to my request for returns was hard to understand "Chinglish". Message was clear though. I caused the problem. I had no proof it was wrong. My problem.

Do NOT order from this website unless you know exactly what you are getting into. It is not like working with an American retailer!

TideBuy I can't comment on the quality of the items... because they never arrived

Worst customer service ever!
I can't comment on the quality of the items... Because they never arrived... But they still kept my money!
I paid the expedited shipping so my order would be sent to a hotel I was staying at in the usa. When it became clear that the goods would not be dispatched within the max 8 days stated, I asked them to change the shipping address to my billing address. No problem, they assured me. A week later the goods had still not been shipped, again I emailed customer service to confirm that it would not be sent to the hotel (Which I had long since left) and they assured me the shipping address had been changed.
2 hours after that email, they dispatched the goods to the hotel.
I do not live in the usa, I do not know anybody in the usa. I asked tidebuy to contact the courier and redirect the package to me, they ignore my request and the package was delivered to the hotel. I asked them to arrange for a new pick-up to get the package from the hotel to me. Their response:

"as we are too far away from you, if you can contact with your usa friends, then it will be easier to solved"

So they take my money, they admit they made a mistake and the items were sent to the wrong address, but they refuse to do anything to remedy it!
