If you ever book through here please think twice. Macken my customer service representative was unprofessional and did not help me. I booked my reservation at 11:00PM and if you needed to cancel your reservation they give you until 2:00AM to cancel. I tried canceling through the link they sent and I was unable to. I tried calling and I could not get in touch with anyone because they said they are only open through 8:00AM-3:30PM. They said you can only cancel through a call yet they are sending me a link to cancel yet I can't cancel. It was a terrible experience and yet I get no reimbursement. How am I suppose to cancel when I can't contact them? They took my time and my money!
