Ticketmaster James taylor and bonnie raitt - rogers arena vancouver

Order# 26-19959/VAN

This event is cancelled for the second time with no sense of when it may be rescheduled
and I no longer have the credit card account that I originally purchased the tickets on. Ticketmaster keeps sending the same canned message when I email them with my issue, effectively stonewalling my request for a refund.

Ticketmaster Concert refund

I purchased tickets for Ludo in October at the Pageant in St. Louis, MO. At the time they WERE NOT requiring you to have a vaccine card. Now, they are mandating that you have one and I have chosen not to get the vaccine, which is my right to do so. I have requested a refund, FIVE TIMES. They keep sending me canned responses and telling me that because the even organizer hasn't canceled that I won't get a refund. I can't contact a live agent, the 800 number forces you to use the website and hangs up on you.

They are either forcing a vaccine or keeping my money! My lawyer has been contacted about this and this is purely garbage service. I will NEVER purchase from here again.

Ticketmaster Account

I submitted a support ticket on 5/8/21 because a hacker / scammer stole my account and the tickets in my account also.

I've had no updates on my support ticket in 4 days from anyone in the company and I feel like I'm not being taken seriously.

The hackers email address is [protected]@gmail.com and managed to change my email address without my consent and ticketmaster have made no attempt to take it seriously.

Ticketmaster Covid Vaccine Required

I am furious that you are DEMANDING EVERYONE WEARS a mask to come to these shows. DO YOU NOT REALIZE SOME PEOPLE CAN'T WEAR MASKS? So you would tell someone with Lung Cancer, Emphysema, Asthma, Deformed Lungs, Cystic Fibrosis or any of the other 55 diseases - people who have a difficult time breathing without the self-suffocation devices - that they have to put their lives in danger and wear a damn mask? STOP THE "EVERYONE HAS TO WEAR A MASK" CRAP! This is discrimination against those of us who are protected by the Americans with Disabilities Act, in addition, it's a violation of our civil rights! Do you realize it's a $92, 000 fine for the first complaint that is against the ADA laws? Do you still want to Discriminate against people who are protected by these laws and force us to wear these damn self suffocating devices? The Governor of Texas has said NO MORE MASKS! So STOP demanding this crap in Texas! No one in the State of Texas should be wearing the damn things, and you have no right to required this, or face discrimination complaints! This MASK Mandate by you is clearly a violation of the ADA AND CIVIL RIGHTS LAWS!

Desired outcome: I want the VP of Customer Service to call me at [protected] and get this resolved!

Ticketmaster Refund not received

I ordered 2 tickets to the US Open for Sept. 1 under Order #8-37500/NY5. I then found better tickets and ordered 2 more tickets. I asked to get the first order refunded to my credit card on July 12, 2021. Have written several emails and have not received a response or the refund. Why is it taking so long and why is it there are no representatives to speak with on the phone?

Ticketmaster Ticketmaster refund order#4-31940/atl

I requested a refund of order#4-31940 on june 26, 2021. The request for full refund was acknowledge via ticketmaster email on june 26, 2021. The event is aug 7, 2021 I was requesting a refund. On august 5, 2021 I was asking online about my refund and ticketmaster says they have no record of my refund record of my refund request. I was requesting a 2nd time refund on august 5th, 1st one was june 26th, 2021. This time ticketmaster says the window has closed for a refund and to sell my ticket order#[protected] tickets to 7pm event on august 7, 2021).. I tried to call and robots/auto phone receptions says they cannot answer the phone due to covid-19 ticketmaster staffing reductions [protected]. Please help me. I have covid and cannot attend. I cannot sell my tickets now online due to window closed for aug 7 event. This is wrong. Please help... Please $799 dollars

Desired outcome: THIS IS WRONG AND I NEED MY $799 REFUND FROM ORDER#4-31940 FROM TICKETMASTER.

Ticketmaster Rolling Stones Refund

I paid $3924.85 for Stones tickets and the Buffalo show was cancelled, When I requested a refund, I received an email back from the staff that the show was not cancelled and no refunds were available. This company is as close to the MOB as any company in this country. I have made multiple calls (None returned), sent emails and nothing but a reply that was a blatant lie. I want my money!

Ticketmaster Bad business

I purchased 2 tickets in 2019 to see a KISS concert at Darlings Waterfront Pavilion in Bangor ME on September 3, 2020. Due to the pandemic the concert got rescheduled for August 19, 2021. I live in Canada and due to the "non-essential" travel restrictions in place with the US government, I am not allowed to enter the United States. I have reached out to Ticketmaster several times in the past few weeks and always get the standard auto response " your window to request a refund has passed, your tickets are still valid, hope you enjoy the show" I would love to enjoy the show, if I could enter the country! I did not take advantage of the refund opportunity emailed to me in July of 2020, because I was hopeful that travel between Canada and the US would surely be resumed by mid 2021. WRONG.

Ticketmaster Canada will not help me in any way, and it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to an agent in person. I am so frustrated and will NEVER EVER deal with Ticketmaster in either country again. I would like a full refund at the exchange rate that I paid in 2019- shown on the credit card charge attached.

Ticketmaster Tickets sold

I bought concert tickets through vivid seats in Nov 2020. The event venue changed by cancelling the side act. Vivid seats refused a refund. So I resold through them & Ticketmaster resold my tickets. They told me to verify my account to get paid. They won't let me verify my account. They have never paid me for my tickets that they sold. Their policy is payment within 7 days of the event. It has been 16 days so far. They have profited off my tickets twice & never paid me. There is no way to contact them directly. They keep sending me canned emails.

Ticketmaster Tickets to Hellamegatour Concert August 27, 2021

In September of 2019 I purchased a VIP Unicorn Package for my nephew as a graduation gift. The purchase was charged on my credit card on 9/19/19 in the amount of $1561.70. The original concert date was July 21, 2020, but it was cancelled due to Covid. On Wednesday, July 1, 2020 I received a note saying do not worry your concert has been rescheduled for July 20, 2021. Having this information we planned a trip to the UK from August 25 - September 4, 2021. That way my nephew could attend the concert and go with us on our trip.

We made the plans for the UK trip and all seemed fine. After making our plans and paying for the itinerary, the concert was once again rescheduled. This time to August 27, 2021.

I went into the website to see about reselling the tickets, but the link is not available. I tried calling, but all inquiries are only accepted by email. I have sent several emails and get a standard response:

Please be aware that our wait times are longer than usual. Like many in our industry, we are increasing our staffing levels to meet demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding and will do our best to respond to you as soon as possible.

In the meantime, feel free to check out our FAQs for answers to many of our most commonly asked questions.

Please do not reply to this email as it will not reach a representative. Don't worry, we will answer your original email as soon as possible.

My inquiries have included what I felt were very reasonable solutions including:
1. Reselling the tickets
2. Removing the VIP package (at a loss to me) and just selling the concert tickets.
3. Transferring the tickets to a friend or family member
4. Transferring the package to Seattle so my nephew could fly there immediately after our return from the UK and attend the Seattle concert.

All of these ideas have been rejected supposedly because it is a VIP package. At this point we are not interested in the merchandise or the backstage tour, we would just like to be able to at least recoup some of the $1561.70 that was charged to us.

I understand the pandemic has created turmoil in the entertainment industry and I am really trying to work with Ticketmaster on this before it gets too close to the date and all hope is lost.

Had the original rescheduled date for July 20, 2021 been honored, we would have been fine. However, with the second date change it put us in a serious date conflict.

I am attaching the correspondence responses I have received thus far. My request at this point is to be reimbursed for the package in its entirety for the amount of $1561.70.

Ticketmaster Refund on Fogerty/Wynn Concert cancilled last year

I was never told that I could file for a refund. I have these tickets in hand..They showed on my Ticketmaster account in Jan 2021 but no longer are there..I sent several Emails giving order# and been told that I would hear back about a refund...It's been 3 or 4 months...You have had my money since March 20th 2020..Orch Row G seat 20 and 22. Event Code TMFOGE other numbers on tickets are EEH1118..764ZWS and 20-36088. They were $173.94 each ticket total of 2..I want my refund! It was paid for with American Express Card..I don't want to go to small claims but if I have to I wall and will ask for more than the ticket price..I will also take these tickets to the Wynn ticket window and demand a refund..>Dennis Bahr

Ticketmaster Event Tickets Purchased - John Mayer 2022

I have called and email Ticketmaster several times and for several days. I purchased tickets through them and accidentally made two purchases and wanted to see if they could cancel one of the orders, or refund my $$. No one has even responded or try to reach out to me. Even if they can't assist me, the least they could do is respond. I will never purchase any tickets from Ticketmaster ever again.

Ticketmaster Online access to online account.

I have two houses, when attempting to change my password, it will not accept my other houses landline phone number to call me and give me my code, it continues to accept only my other house's phone number to give my my access code.

Therefore, I cannot get into my account. Since I cannot get into my account from my other homes telephone number, and you in your INFINITE wisdom require me to sign it to my account to ask for help, catch 22.

You are fools.

Ticketmaster Verified fan presale ticket code / passcode / passwork

Ticketmaster issued me an email on Tuesday, July 20th at 4:01pm titled, "Your Invitation to the Harry Styles Presale powered by Ticketmaster Verified Fan" stating that I had beed selected to receive a presale code for the Harry Styles Love on Tour 2021 presale for the additional Nashville, TN tour date on September 29, 2021 at Bridgestone Arena.

Ticketmaster failed to issue me a code for this presale so I was unable to participate even though they claim I was selected.

I did not receive a code on Tuesday night as the email specified: Tonight, Tuesday, July 20, you will receive two text messages that include: your unique access code, and a link to shop for tickets. The Verified Fan Presale begins tomorrow at 10AM local venue time.

A copy of the email I received is attached to this complaint.

I waited in the queue for the sale nonetheless, and at no point was I issued a code even though they confirmed my selection to receive a code.

This has caused my to miss all opportunities today to buy tickets at the presale for this show.

Last night, around 10pm I started calling the customer service line which led nowhere, and I submitted a form online that said they would respond within 12 hours. 12 hours later, I have no response and have not been helped.

Completely unacceptable. There is no resolution because now I cannot purchase tickets with the presale assuming I will not hear from Ticketmaster until after this week - after the general sale too.

I would like to request a Discount code to use at the general sale of Harry Styles Love on Tour which occurs on Friday July 23rd at 10am local for my grievances.

A cruise we had planned for November was canceled and is now leaving in December when we have purchased the following tickets: Order #54-55220/NY4 Date: Monday, December 6, 2021 Seats: Mezzanine F Row A 102, 103 I would like to exchange these for Date: Monday, January 31, 2022 Seats: Orchestra Row N 114, 115.

Ilke O, from Priority Client Support at Ticketmaster, claimed she had no record of my tickets.

Ticketmaster Re-sale of Tickets

I had extra tickets that I sold back to Ticketmaster. They put two payments of 0.19$ and 0.22$ into my checking account and asked that I verify the account. I did this and I still haven't been paid the $224 for the tickets. This was a month ago. You can't call them because "fan support isn't available at this time." Then online, Chat With Us isn't available at this time. I sent several emails. They email back with some automated BS about looking into the problem. Shady company. I will attempt to never buy tickets through them ever again.

Ticketmaster Failing to give a timely refund

THE SHOW I BOUT TICKETS FOR WAS POSTPONED TWICE. THEN I GET AN EMAIL ASKING IF I WANT A REFUND. I FILL OUT THEIR FORM AND THEY SEND ME AN EMAIL THAT SAYS:
According to our records, we received a request for a refund or credit on this order. Credit requests are processed immediately and an email with a credit code is sent to the email address associated with your Ticketmaster account. Your refund will be processed to the original method of payment, once funds are received by the Event Organizer, which is usually completed within 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot provide an exact date your refund will be complete. Once we have processed your refund, we will send a confirmation email to the email address on file. Thanks for reaching out.

I FOLLOW UP IN 30 DAYS AND I GET THE SAME EMAIL RESPONSE.
I DO THIS TWO MORE TIMES (NOW 90 DAYS) AND GET THE SAME RESPONSE.

I TRY THE LIVE CHAT FUNCTION AND THEY SAY IT IS NOT AVAILABLE NOW.

Ticketmaster My account

Basically I was one of the unfortunate individuals to have bought a Killswitch Engage /August Burns Red concert ticket. Of course, the concert never happened. That was in March of 2020, since then I have received my refund for the ticket, even through they held my money for over a year refusing to allow me to even request a refund. This company has greatly irritated me, so once I received my refund I sent a request in that my account be deleted permanently. And they denied the first attempt! Saying that there was a pending transaction on my account. There is no pending transaction in my account, what they are speaking of is the fact that the Killswitch concert still says "postponed" after all this time not "cancelled". Which is utterly ridiculous, the concert was cancelled and everyone knows it. It's been a year and almost three months! The only reason I was denied is because they don't want to loose any more customers. If I can get a refund for this supposedly "postponed"event, then according to their logic, I should be able to delete my own account! God only knows what they could be using my sensitive information for? They have my credit card number!

Desired outcome: Please tell them that they need to completely erase my info, and that holding my info is illegal and has consequences.

Ticketmaster Maroon 5 concert tickets

I purchased tickets in 2020 to see the Maroon 5 concert with my two sons, daughter-in-law, and husband. COVID resulted in the "show" being moved to September 7.

Since that time, my children have moved out-of-the-area. I tried to request a refund. First, Ticketmaster has no way to contact them directly. Second, they denied my request. I looked at selling the tickets but, they won't allow me to do this either.

This is outrageous and highly unfair. I want a refund for 3 of my 5 tickets.

Ticketmaster Colorado Rapids Ticket Sales

I sold tickets via Ticketmaster for Colorado Rapids Tickets worth $400.00. Ticketmaster only credited my account $4.00, owing me $396. Neither of the phone support works and the Live Chat person sent me to Kroenke who sent me to Ticketmaster in the first place.
