Ticketfly

I bought 5 tickets to the concert from the company www.ticketfly.com. I left my email address and phone number, when I placed the order. Money was taken within couple of hours from my card. I patiently waited and got nothing. No confirmation, no receipt as well as the seller hasn’t contacted me. I think that it is scam, but I have no idea how to get my money back. This sum was too large and I need it back ASAP.

I decide to warn other people about hidden fees, which take the company www.ticketfly.com. I ordered 3 tickets, which cost me about $50, but these ### took $15 for the each ticket. In total I paid $95 and almost half of this sum was completely for nothing. I tried to get any explanation from them, but these jerks didn’t provide any replies. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide nothing. Please post your comments about this company.
