I have been trying for over a week to call your company and absolutely no one has answered despite my calling all day. So then, I am sent to chat. Since last Thursday, I have been cut off and lied to.
I want an historical summary for May 2025 through January 2026 of all my purchases and the amounts paid on bribe letterhead.
I don’t want any of the products listed. This has been promised to me five times via PDF to both of my emails and yet they don’t arrive. I’ve asked for someone to call me, but that isn’t a possibility since you never answer the phone and your online chat is a joke. I spent way too much time trying to get an issue resolved, and even more time shopping on your harassing website I’m not pleased at all and cannot recommend your company.
Claimed loss: 12 hours of wasted time!!! I don’t believe you answer the phone ever and the chat online is despicable, including your online shopping app, which takes forever to navigate as well.
Desired outcome: I would like ASAP please a PDF file with the name thrive at the top and then the half dozen or so purchases I’ve made since May 2025 through January 2026.
