Thor Motor Coach review: Beware of the ford chassis

I purchased my thor in 2022. The rv came on a ford e350. I was pulling into a campground and my brakes and power steering went out. I got it towed to the nearest Ford dealership. Come to find out they don't work on RVs. Then I remembered the sales guy told me that ford will tow us to the nearest dealership that will work on the RV. Called them up and they found the nearest dealership was 6 hours away. Ford said the tried to get a tow but was not successful. The said "You can get your own tow and we will reimburse you." Lie lie lie. I submitted all my forms and they sent me $250 for a $2500 tow. I complained they said you can contact another department to see if they will give you more. So I contacted Ford Pro Services. They were only able to do $1600. So I am out of the money. So if Ford says "we will reimburse you" DO NOT BELIEVE THEM! They are extremely unreliable and high unethical. The agent knows that the customer is about to get screwed.
