11/3/22 3 days after 11/5/22 after a flood customer had to clean up water, they said they cleaned it up. Charging for equipment not used. 20 blowers when picture show only 12 in use leaving blowers for 21 days in customers property. Charging for picture box not used or needed. Charging insurance company for unjustified services. Adjuster agrees with complaint. Taking advantage of elderly lady by charming her into signing papers that she could not read because she was so distraught. Lying to her telling her everything would be taken care of by insurance. Telling her they would remove drapes when they typed them in knots. Caused more damage to property by punching instead of drilling holes in drywall, causing drywall to be replaced instead of repaired. Putting staples into ceiling causing the ceiling to be replaced when there was no damage. Insurance adjuster had to redo estimate after their workers caused the damage. Turning the account over to collections without notifying customer of any moneys owed. The collection letter caused customer to have a vasovagal reaction triggering her depression and anxiety which had been in remission. Accused adjuster for their reason they turn it over to collections. Accused customer of being nasty when she called. Balance they say is due $776.88 is in check form sent thru usps. Complaints to bbb, arizona consumers protection, channel 3 on your side
Desired outcome: refund of The balance paid $776.88, $990.00 overcharged for equipment not used. $1000.00 for physical and emotional stress
OMG.. they scammed me too and has not responded. Or will not let me see ehat they are charging or refuse to send me a report and the cost. They are trying to scam my insurance company by racking up cost and creating damage to make the job more lucrative. I am contacting ROC.
